Hello, I have a question about theme activation. I have a fully activated Ronneby theme. A few years ago was purchased by a webdesigner I hired to build my website. It runs fine. But now I want to setup a WP multisite. The procedure is to deactivate all plugins, setup the multisite and then reactivate all the plugins. When I do this the Ronneby-plugin is activated but the theme stays deactivated. It needs a code to be activated again. I don’t have that code and I can’t contact the webdesigner that purchased it (for me). What can I do? Can I find the code somewhere in the database? Of course I can send prove that I have an activated version. Thanks.

Hi! I have multiple usernames on this email apparently and it does not show in my email apart from this one, hence i cannot find the purchase code now. I bought RNB in 2018 and have been running it ever since. I have some challenges. I understand fixing these may be beyond the scope of this support and maybe needs an hour of payment.

- The WPBakery plugin became the default page editor, and when I edit something in there and save, the text layout gets blown, until i revert to an earlier version of the page. What should I do?

- I figured through trial and error on my website to get the text in the middle 2.3rds of the width instead of the whole (why is it like this by default? it is unreadable when the text spans the entire width), but cannot find how to do it for other pages… - The slider on main page does not adapt to phone width/aspect ratio. - The site is slow, and became slower over time with Ronneby. I tried using other plugins to fix it but it will not be appreciated by prospects like it is. I already sent a proposal for someone else from your team to fix this paid, but didn’t receive response yet. Various speed tests show too big elements taking too much loading time related to Ronneby.

Hello, I was looking through the comments and website, but I can’t find an answer for how to make one page have a functional menu and not just the side bullets for a proper, easy navigation.

Base: Thirty-two setup Parent: none Header style: 7 Template: For one page scroll Problem: Header menus do not display sections as pages for one-page setup. Title for one page scroll is only on the vertical dot menu. Question: Is there a way to set “Title for one page scroll navigation”, “anchor” or something else to display the sections as pages in the menu?

Seems like a conflict between wp 6.2.2 and WPbakery. After update, edit page in 2col format now just has the title of page section on left, and all other elements of the edit page are on the left, off-screen and I have to scroll to see them.

I tried to work on the woo commerce products as well. but the products technical information should show as drop down list and it’s not showing options as i am looking for.

I want to create left side portfolio or products as menu or tabs like categories as menu.
