I have now purchased and used the XTRA theme 42 times. Unfortunately, the last purchase was more than 6 months ago. Therefore I no longer receive support and have to purchase a new license. Hello? Consequently, I am now describing my problem here, which I can no longer post in support: For some time now (about a week or two) neither the theme nor the codevz plugin has been able to update automatically. I’ve been using the MainWP plugin for several years – so far without any problems. Now the updates from XTRA and codevz are no longer displayed there and I have to make the latest update manually on each of the 41 websites. When you turn on ‘Automatic Update’ on the website, it says: Update scheduled in 10 hours – but nothing happens there either. And now should I buy a new license to get an answer to this?

Since version 4.9.8. the navigation no longer works properly. The elements open slowly with animation and the opacity of the navigation points changes on mouseover. The problem can also be seen on the page https://xtratheme.com/ in the mega menu. You can no longer change this in the settings.
In addition, the manual text excerpt for the ‘Post Grid’ element is no longer accepted. Only the normal post text is used. The problems occur in several installations. We currently no longer have support, but the errors affect the theme itself and should be fixed.

Just an FYI after the update to the latest version there is an issue with the menu images. I had images on a megamenu with the titles and a bunch have disappeared and now I cannot add them back in. It is strange because I have other images in a different menu section and those are fine. You can take a look at https://inlinesales.com and the catalogue menu section is missing images. Every category had an image before the update and they removed all but three and cannot be added back in.

Sending that now. Only after the latest update it removed all my images on the Catalogue section and you cannot change that anymore. Does not let me change the menu names to title as well.

Using the “Big Shop” template the “Add to cart” button takes too long respond and is also slow to load item to cart. Also, I believe loading animation wheel can be better improved to something conventional.
