LOL, a directory that can’t direct user to businesses. Business with full address; Austin, TX 78701 can’t be found when searching for Austin or TX or 78701 only by the ‘State’ entered separately on the form. You have to be kidding? I’m just an idiot right and I couldn’t find the right setting?

Elementor might be the worst page builder I’ve ever used. I can’t even change the text color on a button added to the home page. Is there an alternative or how can I do this, should be extremely easy thing, in ListingPro??
Is this a troll theme? I logged off out of frustration, thought I would give it another try. Logged in, theme automatically added WPBakery and deleted a bunch of stuff. Wow this is horrible

Changing Button Text Color in Elementor: While Elementor should allow you to customize button text color easily which is added through Elementor but if the button is from theme code then the color will change from Theme options.
It might be a specific setting or style override in your theme. Try the following: Edit the button in Elementor, and in the Style tab, you should see options for text color. If you don’t, check if the button’s style is being overridden by the theme’s CSS then it can change from theme options.
WPBakery Issue: ListingPro allows you to choose between Elementor and WPBakery, but it shouldn’t automatically install or remove anything without prompting you. It sounds like there might be a conflict or plugin misbehavior.

Don’t use a theme. And your missing some header files. Was wanting to simply change the “Add Listing” button text in the ‘Header Classic New’ which is #10 out a list 1-9 
. It shows it should be header-without-topbar, but since there are only header 5-10 listed It’s not structured very clearly on which is actually the file.

1. The continue button on the pricing plan is redirecting to “listingpro demo pages” to add listings
2. “Add Listing” button is redirecting to listing pro as well
3. Where do i find the shortcodes to put on the listing pages in url config
4. I have placed the listingpro widgets on the respective pages but it directs only to home page or listing pros page.
5. When i change the urls they all redirect to pricing plan page.

Be aware: The support in the US CST is from midnight to 10AM. 1 week later and I’m still trying to get support to get the FTP correct. I’m concerned. Support was on the top layer of FTP and didn’t know to open the public_html folder. Instead just said “I don’t see the folder”. This is basic! 1 week later, many bugs later, and still no access to the header on the classic theme, BlackPro doesn’t work at all so I gave up on that, and another delay. Midnight to 10AM! I’ll give it 1 more day. Update yall soon.

In over a year I thought you were going to make significant improvements but I see none. The PrettyPhoto slideshow is horrible, it makes you not want to look at the images. The Google API is well configured but when you enter a city in the restaurant search for example and click on a city to suggest Google ba it does not display the surrounding restaurants but only the restaurants in the city. Too bad there isn’t a system for importing Excel CSV or other files to add an entire menu, because you have to enter item by item and that takes a lot of time. It’s a shame that you can’t have your email address validated for registration because you just have to enter any email and password to be registered, so I’m bombarded with registrations even with Google captcha.

Regarding the location search, the system is designed to show exact results for the location entered. Adding nearby locations could compromise the search functionality. However, if you’d like a radius-based search, this can be achieved through customization, but it’s not part of the core theme as it’s not aligned with our location search logic.
For menu entries, you can upload image of the menu to simplify the process.
As for email validation, you can enable this through the ListingPro signup system. To do so, disable the password field in the signup form via theme options. This way, only verified users can register, as the registration link will be sent to the email they provide. This will ensure that email addresses are validated before users can complete registration.

Yes, it’s a shame that we can’t have a visual of other restaurants in neighboring cities because currently if I select Paris, only these restaurants will be displayed, so each time the user has to change cities. For importing menu images, be aware that I have almost never seen a restaurant that displays a menu on a single image, generally there are 2 or 3 pages, so the problem with the theme is that it can only display one imported page, so only part of the menu. You can imagine that the restaurateur is not going to bother assembling these 3 menus on an image to import it. Please ask the team to see how to improve the image slideshow, to be able to import a csv file containing the menus, it will save us from having to enter everything, to be able to import several menu images. When it comes to Google Profiles (formerly Google My Business), ListingPro does not have a direct feature to import data from Google’s listings.
Currently, Google doesn’t offer an API to easily extract profiles in bulk from a specific neighborhood or area. If you need to pull information from Google Profiles, you would need to manually gather it or use a third-party solution to sync with Google My Business data.
