Site crashes when Elementor Pro update to v3.25.0

I created and agency and agents from my admin account. Now I want to add them to a new user instead. I don’t see any option to change author.

My theme settings say – Houzez Child 1.0

Does this mean that all the settings is still using a very outdated version of theme and setting options won’t be updated to 3.0 Houzes theme?

Website is disappear after I updated Redux Framework and Elementor Pro. Only white screen is showing with error “There has been a critical error on this website.” Can you please update and restore this as soon as possible.

Steps I Followed

First Step: update redux framework Second Step: Update elementor pro

After this website is disappear.

Write now I have not updated Houzez theme as waiting for support team response and corrective actions.

Kindly resolve this grave situation and provide solution on how to restore website ???

I have this error after updating my elementor pro, I already send a support ticket with this issue. Done with Sync Library and Regenerate Files & Data, clear cache, all not working.

Hello, I manage a real estate agency with real estate agents for whom I have created a user with an agent profile. The detail is that as an administrator, I cannot track the leads, offers and queries of each agent who uploads with his user. I would like to be able to have access to the information of each of the agents as an administrator while maintaining privacy between agents. I also cannot see the leads, queries or offers that my editor (with an editor user profile) uploads for me.
