Presale question for ongoing work with brandnew websites.

– When do you update Hub Theme to WooCommerce 9.x.x?

I just created a website and saw this on Envato when I was about to buy.

Is it even possible to download an old WooCommerce (8…)?

(Same question about Elementor, or is newest version working now)?

Kind regards

Hi there,

The Hub is already compatible with WooCommerce 9.x.x, but we forgot to update it here. Additionally, it is compatible with the latest version of Elementor.

A presale question. After purchasing your theme, how would I hire you to customize it?

Hi there,

You can reach us at info@liquid-themes.com after your purchase.

Has this Elementor version been solved? 3.25.4 – 2024-11-03

The issue has been resolved, and we are currently beta testing the update. It is scheduled for release shortly. :)

Hi everyone, does anyone have a solution for the problem with Elementor and the latest update of this theme? Even rolling back to previous versions isn’t working—I’ve tried various versions, but still nothing. Elementor just keeps loading, and I can’t do anything. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a solution from support even after 5 days, just that I need to wait. If anyone has a solution, please contact me via email at hello@inshapes.agency. I would be very grateful.

Looks like i got scammed with this theme

Hi there,

We wanted to inform you that the issue you’re experiencing is due to the recent Elementor 3.25.2 update, which affects all themes, including ours. To resolve this, please revert Elementor to version 3.25.1 on your site. We are currently awaiting a fix from Elementor.

In the meantime, please refrain from updating Elementor until we notify you of a permanent solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hey all!

Go to Elementor > Tools > Version Control and rollback to version 3.24.7 for Elementor. And if you’re using Elementor Pro, also rollback to version 3.24.4. This will resolve all issues.

When I press Edit on Elementor, it doesn’t proceed to loading. It’s a fatal error. How can I fix it? Please reply as quickly as possible….. my ticket number #41565…

please… T.T

Hello, I need urgent support #41522 I sent it yesterday and they haven’t even answered me yet

Hi there,

I see your ticket has already been addressed, please check again.

I would like to ask when you plan to release an update for the theme (date) due to the non-functioning Elementor across the entire template. I have a project that I need to deliver soon, and currently, your theme is not working, which is causing me significant issues. I would like to know if I should wait for 1-2 days or consider requesting a refund for the non-functional theme.

https://docs.liquid-themes.com/article/589-ai-hub-header-manager this documentation is not working, there is no option to set rules for header, footer, or anything, no option to set different header for a different page

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like the documentation article you provided is for the AI Hub theme, not Hub. :)

For the correct documentation on Hub, please refer to this article: Hub Elementor Header Options.

Hi! I´m thinking on buting your theme but I have some questions: 1. Hub comes with an own visual editor or do you use Elementor?; 2. In case it is Elementor, is it the pro or the free version?; 3. I saw that WPBakery is bundled. So, are the demos fully compatible with Bakery and Elementor? Thanks!

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in Hub! Here are the answers to your questions:

  1. Hub supports both WP Bakery and Elementor. You can choose either one based on your preference.
  2. You don’t need Elementor Pro. The free version is sufficient as our theme includes most of the features offered by Elementor Pro. :)
  3. Most of our demos are compatible with both WP Bakery and Elementor.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out!

Error Occurred in Elementor with Hub Theme

I am experiencing an issue while trying to add a block in Elementor with the Hub theme. An error message appears stating:

“An error occurred: templates_request_error” followed by multiple instances of “undefined.”

I have tried clearing my browser cache, deactivating other plugins, and ensuring that both Elementor and the Hub theme are updated to the latest versions. Additionally, I checked my PHP memory limit, but the issue persists.

Could anyone provide insights or solutions to resolve this error?

Thank you!

Hi, following the update of Elementor and Pro there’s now a huge problem with mobile menu. Please check the issue by yourself and let us know how to fix that. It’s not specific to a website but global.

Hi, did you found how to fix the mentioned issue (mobile menu) with elementor new version ?

Hi, is your theme working with Elementor after the latest update? I’ve installed several demos, but still nothing, just loading as if Elementor isn’t working with this theme at all. I currently have Elementor version 3.25.3
