I recently purchased your theme again, and to my surprise, I discovered that some of the extensions you advertise are now paid. It seems I’d need to buy a subscription to use them, which feels quite misleading. I have to admit, I’m a bit disappointed.

I had previously used these extensions for free on another site and naturally assumed it would be the same this time. However, it seems they’ve been moved behind a subscription paywall.

Could you please clarify why this change was made and if there are any options for existing customers?

Hi there, Paid extensions are enhanced versions with additional features. For example, the Recent Sales Popup feature is currently available in the theme, but it uses mock data. However, if you upgrade to the paid version, the popup can display real buyer data.

Secondly, the Frequently Bought Together section currently only shows the default prices of all products, but with the EcomRise app, you can customize prices to offer better discounts to customers.

Lastly, the Volume Discount feature is not available in the free version and requires upgrading to the paid version to access. However, when you purchase our theme, you’ll receive a complimentary 6-month subscription to the paid version of EcomRise, allowing you to fully utilize these features during that time.

Hello, I need to transfer my licence from old shopify store domain (now cancelled) to the one I am currently working on. How do I do this please? I had hoped that your system would recognise that the licence is attached to a non existent store.

Hi there, I am migrating my shop from dawn theme to kalles theme, in my dawn theme I was able to call to metafields under products, but in the kalles theme everytime I do that the metafield doesn’t show, and if I type if manual it reflect on the page until I hit the save button it all disappears! Has anyone run into this issue?

1. Say, I have multiple stores in one shopify account (I’m planning to have 2 or more stores with different niche). If I purchase this theme, can I use it in all of my stores? Or I must purchase different licenses for each store even if they are all in one shopify account?

2. For the product tagging on pictures, say, I want to create an inspiration/idea page and put pictures of a living room ideas and I tag all items in the photo with the listed product in the store. Can I put multiple photos with product tagging in one page? And is this feature available on all theme, not just in furniture/home theme?

3. Is this compatible with Yotpo reviews?

I have two shopify stores, but my other store cannot use this template because they said purchase code is invalid. How can I use the template in my other store?

Hi my friend, In response to your request for a license code, please note that each license code can only be used for one store. If you have multiple stores, you will need to purchase separate license codes for each one.

If you are looking to reset your license code, you will need to completely remove the theme from your old store.
