Hey there! Hoping to make use of a purchase of Eduma I bought a few years ago. I have a working license activated on my website, but when trying to use the purchase code on my Thimpress.com account I get the error: “Error 45: Sorry this purchase code already submitted by another user”

Is there a way to unlink whatever account its attached to so I can verify my purchase on the thimpress website? I can’t figure out what account that might be, but it was never really used for anything more than a test site. I made an account on Thimpress.com with the same username as this account on themeforest.net.

I also wanted to also ask if the premium plugins are available after fixing the license issue, or if I need to renew support in order to get access to them.
