Hi, I have deleted a WordPress website but I forgot to deactivate it before deleting the WordPress Website. I have also tried to submit a ticket but it just does not want me to register or login. Its the Ronneby template. I have the purchase code and I have the details where I installed it on.

We bought a license and the previous designer using the theme forgot to remove the license before destroying the staging copy and now I can’t activate the license. Is there a way I can get it cleared,

I can understand you can make the menu sticky on mobile with the instructions from here https://rnbtheme.com/documentation/knowledge-base/sticky-mobile-header but for me it is important that the menu on mobile only shows when you scroll up, and is not sticky all the time. I puchased the theme in 2023 not some error come by your theme like when i do up down any pages by the mouse cursor this moving slowly issue.

As after changing the theme or disabling the plugin fixes the issue, this proves that the issue is coming directly from the theme’s configuration.

This should be checked by the theme developers, as they are the developers of their product and can help you out further, especially as it is a paid theme.

Hello. I’m having some issues with the image on my homepage. The large logo (gold logo with black background) at the top section of the page doesn’t seem to be centered, despite the logo being centered on image. And when the page scales, the logo gets more off centered. Is there a way to make sure the logo is always centered?

Where can I get the latest version of Ronneby Theme Core. I currently have version 1.3 and it seems to throw an error when I upgraded to Ronneby 3.5.62 from version 3.3.0

Regarding the previous question, I am referring to the practice areas pages. On the home page there is a block of practice areas, but instead of linking to each page it links to the home page itself. I am referring to these pages: Administrative Law, Antitrust, Bankruptcy… Therefore, I understand that if I buy the theme for elementor I will have to set up all the pages manually? Is only the home page template available? Thank you very much.
