“Our platform does not restrict users by IP. It seems you have restrictions on internet providers.
The loading of images or content may vary across devices, including mobile, due to caching plugins. When our agents checked Slider Revolution settings, they detected that you have not set images for the slider and that they are empty. Please review your content settings; there are no bugs with images in the theme settings.”
I totally disagree with your response; your default images are there in the sliders and I have not changed them. It clearly displays on desktop and that was not the only image not displaying on mobile. Your team sent a video where you turn off mobile and turn on again, I tried the recommended fix and it worked on all the images except those in the sliders.
The issue with the IP, your team members never addressed it at all. It is not a network provider thing as every other person around can access the stylemix domain.
You must understand that most of the users are familiar with a number of themes and I in particular have not come in contact with such an issues as they are peculiar to your theme.
Please, I need the issue fixed as it seems like one is stuck at this point.

I love this theme but Elementor won’t work and it is difficult to customize. I disabled plugins and only left the theme required ones and still doesn’t work. I tried increasing WP limit, upgraded PHP, everything but still to no avail. I am going to use a different theme for my needs but I hope this works one day soon.

After one of the recent updates the Archive News Page stopped displaying Wordpress Sidebar on the right side. It displays empty space instead of the sidebar. We checked all settings in the backend and everything is set up properly. Apparently the theme is best to be used with Elementor builder and not with WP Bakery, which we are using for the website already 7 years.

Hi, everything is up to date (both theme and the plugins), except WP Bakery plugin which is 7.8., because the 7.9. update was not yet included with the recent theme update. In Changelog we are not able to find anything regarding sidebars or sidebar functionalities. We aren’t using any demo, the page builder is WP Bakery Page builder. Regards, Mark

Hi, My client used this theme for a long time with another license. I re-purchased this because he doesn’t have the access to the previous one. The site was done in Wpbakertly previously. Recently we converted this Elementor using the patcher tool.
