Heute gemerkt, dass ich nach dem Uodate auf die letzte Wordpressversion keine Seiten mehr bearbeiten kann. Es wird nur eine weiße Seite im erweiterten Editor angezeigt.
Hi,
Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that resolves the error.
If it doesn’t, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and send us a link to your website, temporary admin logins, and FTP credentials so we can investigate it.

Auch mit deaktivierten Plugins funktioniert es nicht.Für den Support muss man ja wieder bezahlen? Mit Wordpress 6.6.2 funktioniert der Editor normal. Ich habe erst einmal ein Downgrade gemacht.
Hi, could you please tell us when the Enfold version compatible with WordPress 6.7.x will be available. Best regards, Oriano
Hi Oriano,
We don’t have an ETA yet but very soon. Our developers implemented the fixes for the deprecated notices.
Regards, Yigit
Thank you Yigit.
I’ll try for the moment to avoid updating my sites to WordPress 6.7.x
Best regards, Oriano
Hi! Been a long while since I built this site and have a quick question… what widget or utility does enfold have to add a link in a page for people to upload images in a folder I specifically created. Preferably, each uploader can create his own account and upload folder to keep things organized. So say I create a “calendar” folder in which all subsequent individual folders will be automatically created when people register to upload pics for our calendar image submissions. Thanks for the help!
Hi,
There isn’t an element that does this in Enfold. For now, please use a third-party plugin for this.
Regards, Yigit
No problem, Thanks Yigit!
Hello,
Any black fridays discounts this year please?
Hi,
We currently have this promotion. You can now get Enfold for $39 instead of $59
Regards, Yigit
Thanks, so this promotion is the black friday promotion right? It won’t go any lower , just asking as I am hesitating between 2 wordpress themes and the cost will be important to me.
Yes, this is the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hey guys! So I’m receiving an error after recently upgrading to WordPress 6.7.0 and trying to update Enfold is throwing this error…
Deprecated: Function wp_targeted_link_rel is deprecated since version 6.7.0 with no alternative available. in …/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
I see a couple others that have posted this exact same error. Is there a fix for this yet? Had to revert the site back to WP 6.6.2 otherwise this error repeats itself multiple times in the header of the site on the frontend. It looks pretty gnarly.
Thanks.
Hi,
Our developers addressed this issue, and we’ll release a fix very soon. I cannot provide an ETA, unfortunately.
Regards, Yigit
Okay cool, glad your team knows about it and has a fix in soon.
Thanks!
Same issue as justthere – apparently there’s an update available but latest here is 6.0.6 from Oct 15.
Hi,
This was just to update the price for the Black Friday / Cyber Monday. There are no changes in Enfold files

Good afternoon,
I got an email from Theme Forest this morning saying there was an update available for this product, however after download it looks like it was last updated on 15 October 2024? Can you clarify why an update was added then removed?
Best,

Hi. I updated the Enfold plugin from version 4.4 according to https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-and-what-php-version/, but there is a critical error on the site now: Warning: Constant DB_PASSWORD already defined in /home/taratszn/public_html/config.php on line 6 I have the error messages, but am not sure where to report them since I am taking this site over from another developer. Please advise, thanks.
Stack Trace goes back to this: /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider/postslider.php on line 1534
Hi,
Please try deactivating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that resolves the error.
If it does not, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and send us a link to your site and temporary admin logins in the private content field so we can investigate it.

Hi – The problem persists without plugins. All goes back to /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider/postslider.php on line 1534 and the existance of a config.php file.
The error notices all go back to the same line and look something like this:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function avia_wc_clear_catalog_ordering_args_filters() in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider/postslider.php:1534 Stack trace: #0 /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/blog/blog.php(651): avia_post_slider->query_entries() #1 /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-shortcode-template.php(1329): avia_sc_blog->shortcode_handler(Array, ’’, ‘av_blog’, Array) #2 /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(434): aviaShortcodeTemplate->shortcode_handler_prepare(Array, ’’, ‘av_blog’) #3 [internal function]: do_shortcode_tag(Array) #4 /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(273): preg_replace_callback(’/\\[(\\[?)(av_blo…’, ‘do_shortcode_ta…’, ‘

The issue came right after I deleted the config.php file. (Probably legacy?)
is there a way to remove powered by Enfold WordPress Theme from footer?
Hi,
Yes, you can insert the [nolink] shortcode to the Copyright field in the Enfold theme options > Footer to remove it ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/footer/#copyrights-info ).
If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to start threads on our support forum at https://kriesi.at/support.
Regards, Yigit

Hi. plz fix this error in rtl sites:
https://postimg.cc/VJz7QT2QHi,
I cannot reproduce this issue on my local installation. Please make sure you’re using Enfold 6.0.6 ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ).
If you’re using Enfold 6.0.6, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and send us a link to your website and admin login credentials in the private content field so we can investigate the issue.

Can you please send me list of all the plugins included with this template? I purchased this a few weeks ago.
Hi,
Only Layerslider ( https://layerslider.com/ ) is included in Enfold.
Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Events Calendar, WPML, WP Easy Cart, and bbPress plugins.
I hope this helps!
If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to start a thread on our support forum at https://kriesi.at/support.

Found a major bug in Enfold with Wordpress 6.7.
After updating to Wordpress 6.7 today I spent all day on figuring out why ALB stopped working, space where ALB was suposte to load was just blank.
Going through all plugins and customizations on my site without any luck I started going through the theme options. First I figured out that disabling Block builder fixed the issue but wasn’t satisfied with that so i kept going. End station was that when disabling or removing Layer Slider ALB stopped working. So, you guys need to look at this and I just saved you a lot of time.
Had Enfold 6.0.5 but updated to 6.0.6 with same result.
Oh yeah, you also need to look at this:
Deprecated: Function wp_targeted_link_rel is deprecated since version 6.7.0 with no alternative available. in …/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
And also this, it’s flooding my debug log.
PHP Notice: The function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Loading translations for the domain avia_framework was triggered too early. This usually means that some code in the plugin or theme is running too early. Translations should be loaded on the init action or later. For more information, see Debugging in WordPress. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in …/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
Thx for great work with Enfold.
Hi,
Please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and send us a link to your website, admin login credentials, and a screen recording showing the issue so we can investigate it. I cannot reproduce this issue.
I could reproduce the Deprecated warning and reported it to our development team. Thank you so much for reporting this!
The PHP notice you’re getting about the function _load_textdomain_just_in_time seems to be plugin-related. Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that resolves the issue.
Regards, Yigit
unfortunately i don’t have a valid support license so I can’t create a thread in support forum. =/ Can i send this elsewhere? I’ve had a buddy test and he got the same issue with the ALB.
Please start a pre-sale question thread ( https://kriesi.at/support/pre-sale-question/ ) and post a link to your website, admin login credentials, and the screen recording of the issue there.
i’ve done that now.
Regarding the _load_textdomain_just_in_time in my log. I get that even with all plugins deactivated.
Fullwidth Easy Slider not showing images. Only show broken image icon.
Hi,
This issue usually occurs when your website uses HTTPS but images are loaded from HTTP. Please make sure you force HTTPS. You can contact your hosting provider and they can help you with that.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and share a link to your website so we can investigate the issue.

Hello!
Hope you’re well.
I am having a problem with widgets.
Problem is that I can’t unfold the widgets in the back end to make any further changes. And also, they’re not all there. ie footer widget options missing etc. It wasn’t always this way.
On the front end they are still coming up as normal. Eg sidebar they are all there, as previously inserted and edited.
Back end WP JS console brings up the following error on repeat:
“Uncaught ReferenceError: pc_wr_lc_select is not defined”
This error is repeated for every widget I think. It is repeated, anyway.
I tried disabling all my plug ins, no change.
I tried changing themes, and widgets worked again (although they were fresh new ones and empty of course, but they were editable and fully functional).
So, it seems to be a theme issue?
Is there a quick and easy fix? (I am not a coder but I can do simple edits/add to files etc).
If I do a fresh install of Enfold will that help? Although, will it erase my widgets that I already made? (I know I can export/import the settings, will this be enough, or will I lose the widgets I created?)
OR is there an easy fix?
Thank you so much for your help!
Hoping its a rather easy fix, not sure if I need to purchase further support for this…
Thank you for your time!
Hi,
Please make sure you’re using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 6.0.6 ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ).
If that doesn’t fix the issue, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and send us the link to your website, temporary admin login credentials, and a screenshot of the issue so we can investigate it.

Is there any way to get the page to begin loading immediately without the pinwheel turning for a split second with a white background before the page loads? It’s almost like the page is built using a dozen nested tables. Is that due to a setting on the backend somewhere? All Performance settings are set to default. Is this because of animations or something?
I think this is the Page Preloader option in the theme.
Hi,
That is correct.
You can disable the Page Preloader in the WordPress admin panel > Enfold theme options > Theme Options > Page Preloader.

Hello,
I’ve seen many issues (in you support forum) for importing demo content from OVH.
It would have been great to inform customer that OVH does not allow acces to your server, with that info I would have not bought your template.
Now I’m stuck with many actions which are not all working.
You REALLY need to put a disclaimer !
Could you refund ?
Hi,
Our server only blocks IP addresses that repeatedly engage in suspicious activities.
You can manually import demos ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#how-to-manually-import-a-theme-demo ) or submit a refund request here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund.

Is there a way to add horizontal slider for multiple images?
Hi,
You can use the Horizontal Gallery element and enable the Gallery Image Rotation option in the Advanced > Animation > Gallery Image Rotation ( https://imgur.com/a/9snAEaC ).
If that’s what you meant, please show an example so I can better advise.
Regards, Yigit
Hello. I have a site that has suddenly stopped working and shows these two errors in debug.log.
I can’t activate/deactivate/update because there is a fatal error and I can’t enter the wordpress dashboard, how can I solve it?
ENFOLD Version: 4.1.2

Hi,
Enfold 4.1.2 is very old and the issue you are having looks like a PHP compatibility issue.
Please update Enfold to the latest version 6.0.6: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

Hi, will we be able to use and nicely display “The Events Calendar” feature if we install the Enfold Photography Portfolio demo ?
Hi,
You can use The Events Calendar and all other compatible plugins with all Enfold demos, including the Enfold Photography Portfolio demo.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
