Hello!

There is a problem when I put the sold product in “Out of stock” status and it will be hidden, the product display page for the “Rolex” category does not automatically add to the hidden product but it creates a blank space.

Hi. In the documentation, it says that the free shipping bar needs the free shipping setting in order to work. I am not using the core free shipping method because my websites rely on various plugins for weight-based shipping. Can you please change this feature, so I can set the free shipping amount in the settings and not depend on the shipping method?

I have a problem please I am worried for this:

I runned a auditory to my webside. Showed 303.000 errors regarding “Localización: Enlaces de retorno perdidos” in english: “Location: Missing backlinks”. I guess, I don’t know if is same meaning.

Mostly those error urls are showing urls like structure: My Domain + product + add to cart = 157458

I would like to know the recommendation of the Theme. Maybe that can be arranged inserting something to htaccess? Disallow: /*?add-to-cart

Or Theme in itself allows those urls? But I guess are not indexed in search console.

Literally the explanation of this error according the tool is:

It seems that some pages with hreflang elements either lose own links or do not have backlinks from other language versions of a page. In the table below you can find the list of pages where the link attribute should be added.

Check other sections of the Localization factors group and make sure there are no problems for Incorrect language codes, Incorrect URLs, Conflicting hreflang elements, Non-canonical pages with hreflang elements.

Each language version of a page must have hreflang attributes that point to the page itself and also to other language/region versions of the page. It is also required that all language/region versions point to each other in their hreflang attributes.

Example: there is an English page (en) with 2 other language variants: Russian (ru) and German (de). The head section of the English version (en) must contain 3 hreflang elements: one pointing to the English version and 2 pointing to the Russian (ru) and German (de) pages. The German (de) and Russian (ru) variants must also have 3 hreflang elements that point to the English version, to each other and are also listed in hreflang attributes. Otherwise, if the pages do not point to each other, search engines will ignore their hreflang attributes.

I am using a 3440×1440 pixel wide-screen monitor, and it seems like the Porto Personal Portfolio 1 demo gets distorted at higher resolutions. First, I’d like to move the “Art Director / Designer” and “Available For:” sections further to the left, closer to the logo. Additionally, the menu on the right and the “Let’s Talk” link seem to misalign—they appear to behave as if they are fully centered. Instead, the elements on the left should stay aligned to the left, and those on the right should align to the right.

As you can see, the site’s content also gets distorted, and the “Art Director and Digital Designer based in Porto” section becomes stretched and narrow. I understand that my support period has ended, but I couldn’t fix these issues myself. Could you help me with this?

How to bring back the old theme options? I don’t like using the builder for product layouts and category pages. The old way was so much better.

Change my theme without installing it on a new domain:

If you want to switch from the Porto theme to a different theme, you can easily do so by deleting the Porto theme and resetting WordPress using the WordPress Reset plugin or from the server side, then installing your new theme.

Alternatively, if you’re referring to switching to a different demo, you can delete the current demo content by going to Porto > Setup Wizard > Demo Import, and then import the new demo.

Another question is

How do you remove the side or hover on the cart when it’s in the menu? I just want the cart to show the price and when a customer wants to check out they have to click on it to go to the cart

While you can remove the hover effect on the mini cart icon using Custom CSS, there is currently no option to enable this functionality. Ok no problem, Can you direct me then to where to change the “Checkout” button to redirect to cart page.

What I am trying to achieve is – once someone tries to checkout – the only place they can actually go to the checkout page is on the Cart Page.

If you have any guidance on this would be great. I already did it with products when added to cart they will forwarded to cart page. I just need to solve that mini cart.

How do I remove a footer from the a single page alone? I enabled a sitewide footer. But want to disable it from my Single Product page. I want to show there NO footer

To hide the footer on a specific product page, follow these steps:

1. Go to WP Dashboard > Products and find the product you want to edit.
2. Open the product for editing.
3. Scroll down to the Porto View Options section.
4. Check the box for Do not Show the Footer.

6. Finally, clear your browser cache and refresh the page to see the changes on your site.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to manage the footer directly from the single product template builder, as the footer is controlled by the Footer Builder.

However, you can still achieve your desired result by going to Porto > Template Builder > Footer Builder, creating your footer there, and then setting conditions to display it only on the specific pages you want.
