The Qode Essential Addons plugin shouldn’t be used with Boldlab theme. Please deactivate this plugin and navigate to Boldlab Dashboard > Import to import demo content.

The home page sliders in our Boldlab theme are broken. When we select it as a list, it works fine. When we select slider, images and texts are not visible.

Try to update the theme and the bundled plugins to the latest version.
Also, if you are using Elementor version, Try to update the QiAddons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

The Qode site login isn’t working. Toet times out and reports a host error.
With the latest update to the theme I noticed all the titles disappeared e.g. “About Us_”. Also I don’t know why by the same sections background (in “About Is_ this is a bunch of people smiling at camera for example) is not editable, this was before the last update – perhaps to do with the Elementor update and compatibility?
I can’t send this as a ticket as my support has run out but it’s an issue I saw another user post so think it’s a universal bug.

Hello, I cannot import any DEMO content, although all limits are set well, all other plugins are disabled, and there is space on the server. Is there a problem on your side maybe?

Demo import is working correctly on our end.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

I purchased the Boldlab theme a few years ago, but now my support time has expired.
However, I discovered a bug that I’d like to report.
My website is based on your prebuilt site “Fullscreen Showcase” (the one with the Tabasco Bottle). The fullscreen images on my landing page are not displayed. I first feared that I had messed up something while installing an update, then saw that your own showcase site is not working either. https://boldlab.qodeinteractive.com/fullscreen-showcaseI tested it on Safari, Firefox and Edge. So I think this must be a bug on your side…

This is most likely related to the swiper library from the QiAddons plugin. If you are using Elementor page builder and you’ve imported Elementor demo, please navigate to Elementor > Settings and make sure to check all of the post types listed there and save changes. After that please open post using Elementor page builder and edit text there.

Hi. With regard to Naturalisto’s issue… I am helping him to deregister. Except the site is stuck on “Please Wait”
Let’s give you a little more context.- the theme is currently on one domain and we need to recreate the exact same website from scratch, as something has broken the site within the .htaccess fileand some elements are not funtioning as before, such as the portfolio. Since I’m not a developer, and can’t fix this.
I suggested we recreate it on a subdomain and fix it and see if the errors persist.
Then once fixed and updated we transfer everything back to the original domain.
