Good morning, I apologize if the question has already been asked: how can I change the portfolio slug (example) www.mysite.it/portfolio/category1/category2/category2/namework to www.mysite.it/portfolio/namework In the slug I have multiple categories because the work “name work” has the flag on multiple categories. I tried to work on the permalinks, but I can’t find settings on the portfolio

Portfolio permalinks are hard-coded in the theme. But you can customize such permalinks with a 3rd party plugin like Permalink Manager Lite.
Same here with a translation files, I have translated again words, sync them but its not translating in cart breadcrumbs shopping cart -> checkout -> order complete
ok I see now that when I relocate files in loco translate to system, its working – you can delete my comment, or keep it for other users

Hi, just love your theme and have multiple sites using it. I’m getting to a stage where I’ve used all the templates and was wondering if there were any more planned to be released or any other elements to be added to the drag and drop elements to add a little extra to the website designs?

It is not compatible with wp v6.7 update that has changed localization! Language files do not run.

This error is displayed for non-English sites! Set your WordPress language to Arabic-Hebrew or Farsi(persian) and you will understand. With the update of WordPress to version 6.7, Flatsome language files are not called.
Could you try to update Loco Translate if you use it?

I have many licenses of your theme, sometimes I need to use the theme in another domain for testing purposes, can i duplicate one of the license on that domain for testing for a couple of days or will I get an error?

Bug with swatches on catagory page? Hello there, when you cancel an order and the product comes back to stock, it don’t apear on the category page swatches. You have to go and save again the product manually to show the swatch again. Are you aware of this? Thanks

Hey, I am trying to optimize my website for speed and I found out that chunk.slider.js has a major rule on slowing my website, with 1.5+ seconds of CPU time. I am using sliders on my home page but I disabled any animation and auto slides. Is there something to do about it? Also, I noticed that the chunk.slider.js is loading on pages without sliders as well, which also really affect the loading speed of the website.

Both are unrelated to a theme.
a) For live filtering, you need to use a third-party extension. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
b) You need to use a 3rd party role management plugin. You can find one in WordPress Plugin Repo.

Flatsome doesn’t have such a Marquee effect. You can use a 3rd party Marquee plugin.

Thanks for the update. I’ve followed the instructions, to the letter, and I’m still stuck in the same spot. It’s in the “apps and Websites” approval area.
On the FB dev side, I’m looking at my IG username and the logo, but there is a yellow PENDING status.
When I head over to IG, there are NO ACTIVE APPS. Nothing for me to approve to get past the yellow PENDING notification.

Hi there. I deleted everything and started from scratch, as requested (multiple times) and I am never able to get past the handoff where I have to accept permissions in instagram (Apps & Websites).
It only displays “No Active Apps” and the status never changes. On the FB side, it remains in PENDING status and the connection is never established.

If your host doesn’t prevent that, you should be able to upload an SVG file to WordPress Media and use it as a logo in the Customizer.
Is there any way to turn off the variation swatches for a specific product. It works well on many products, but if, for example, I have a phone case I sell for 15 phone models, having 15 buttons instead of a handy drop down list is a bit messy.
Could you try the snippet below? Please change the product ID to the one you don’t want swatches displayed under.
