Team, I want to know is there any way or custom code to remove user role restriction. Basically I just want a single profile based platform in which user can add a project as well as send proposals to other users projects, he do not need to create or switch to freelancer account to send offers. Hello, Im facing there issues can you resolve: 1 – our files in gig gets corrupt (storing as Html Document instead of specifying the MimeTypes such as Png, Jpg, Jpeg, gif, etc) while uploading.

I found below issue (or bugs in your theme) while integrating CURCY – Multicurrency Plugin as you mentioned. I have raised this issue at-least 12 days back and didn’t get any satisfactory response for the resolution. Everytime, I got an answer from you to “Buy a Support & Raise a Ticket”. But Still I am worried that even I buy your support service, how can you assure that you will resolve such issues in a quick time ? Please resolve this issue on TOP PRIORITY as this is not the issue I am facing alone. Anyone from this group is using this plugin, they must have this issue.

Issue found with CURCY – Multicurrency Plugin on Package page:
I found another bug on the site. When I have installed CURCY – Multicurrency Plugin on the website to get pricing in a user selected currency. Everything works fine with this except below:
- WooCommerce Packages are showing wrong values while selecting any other currency then USD. This is converting 2 times. Example: $100 = INR 8440. But it’s giving $100 = INR 7,12,332 because it’s converting 2 times (i.e. it converts $100 = INR 8440 and then again, it converts $8440 = INR 7,12,332). But this value is just showing on package screen. – After clicking “Get started” button on package it is showing correct value at Checkout page. – Other than this issue, the CURCY plugin works perfectly fine at all pages including Wallet amount, Project values, Task values etc… showing in a correct way.

1. Hello Team even after you said Override dates can be deleted, saying that it is maybe because of the platform I am using (I was using a phone). On my PC, looking at the screenshot below, there’s no delete button for override dates:

2. Kindly also add ability for meeting to be rejected by freelancer in cases where they are unable to make it for meeting, let’s say they are sick (currently the UI isn’t making sense).
3. Also add optional feature where freelancer can charge for meetings – as meetings consume time (fiverr has this feature).
4. Still no feedback on the email request I made which includes payout methods to support Africans.

I have 512 Freelancers and I Deactivate the plugins ( Redux Framework, Customized Offers, Freelance Marketplace, Hourly Addon ) and Activate it in less than 10 second and found 7102 Freelancers.. Can you explain this to me!?

Anyway I used a Security Plugin:
1. Block unauthorized access to load-scripts.php and load-styles.php 2. Block access to users’ data via REST API 3. Disabled short names in the backend
3 days with no duplicaled accoun so far..
It seems that there are loopholes that hackers use to tamper with such low-security versions.

I thought I found a solution to this dilemma, but the same problem still occurs after a period of time. It seems that there is a code inside Workreap – Freelance Marketplace Plugin that creates duplicate copies of accounts.
This is very confusing as the version installed on my local server doesn’t do any of this for almost a months now..
I’m definitely sure that this have something to do with the migration part from old version Unyson to the new version Redux
I think the solution, as it seems, is to start from the beginning and install the new version and register the information and accounts and add data manually… that is, 5 years of work again.
Or find the code that does this and stop it on Workreap Plugins or theme..

Please make it more secure and close the loopholes that are being used to tamper with the functionality of this theme.
It seems that this problem is related to (“Short names” in => Directory settings) Please check because this process never stop in creating duplicate copies of Freelancers accounts.

This is i guess not fair, like theme u should update app. you updated theme to redux, it was your decision. now you asking us to buy app again so basically the 99 usd we paid for is wasted. this is completely unfair practice

If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
