Since updating the theme which replaced “Noisa extension” with “Noisa toolkit,” sorting grids in WPBakery, like “Artists GRID,” no longer works properly and appears random despite correct settings (by date, title, etc.). Do you have any advice or is there an update planned to address this issue?

I’ve imported the demo and although it says that everything was imported, that’s not the case. I’m watching a video of someone doing the import and the result they get is completely different. I need help as soon as possible as I’m working on a deadline. It’s taken quite a while to get responses.
Need a response to this soon. Will be requested a refund if no response. Support has been terrible.

Does this theme have the feature to allow subscribers to make their own posts? I want to design a live music gig listing website and allow musicians to upload (post) their upcoming concerts and new music and bio etc.

Unfortunately this is not possible, you can use an additional plugin for this, but you have to consider that the template is fully ajaxed, so the plugin should be able to do that as well. Of course you can disable ajax loader in theme settings.
