I purchased this theme a while ago and only now using it. Why does the theme show me “Go Pro” and all “Pro” templates are locked? I purchased Phlox Pro – Elementor MultiPurpose WordPress Theme. When I click to unlock or purchase pro, it takes me to the SAME demo page as what I have purchased?!
Seems like the Download “Installable Wordpress file only” option in themeforest downloads the incorrect “free” theme. I had to remove, download the complete zip and then use the pro zip from within that file. Should fix that download link.

For your first question, you have to install the Phlox Pro theme when you are upgrading from the free version to the Pro version.

Phlox does not work with Elementor Version 3.25.8. Don’t you check the theme to keep it updated all the time?

The theme’s customise section doesn’t work. For example, when I click appearance > customise > blog > single post nothing happens. This happens for quite a few of the other options too. Any fix?
