The bugs and poor programming of this theme never end..
I had to edit and add over 300 lines in child theme style just to change the color..
Each button has its own line on CSS and the funny thing is that it is the same color.. Just duplicate lines to waste the user’s time in editing

Buyers are not required to pay freelancers directly through the platform. Buyers must contact the admin to request a match or obtain freelancer contact details when they find a relevant freelancer profile or post a job. The admin would facilitate the connection or share the necessary details between both parties. Is this customization achievable within the theme’s existing settings, or would additional development be required?

Hi, im struggling to test out an employer accept the bid from a freelancer. The bid is placed and all good, but when the employer clicks to hire the freelancer, it goes to an empty cart and says there’s no product in the cart and shows below the message a list of created jobs but shows them as products. It’s not allowing the employer to accept the bid. Any idea why?

The issue is all ive done is used an employer account to create a project, then used the freelancer to bid, then tried using the employer account to accept the project. This was all done front end and should not require me to access woocommerce back end right?

In addition to my questions in the past, I tried comparing Workreap Theme together with Exertio Theme. And I believe that Workreap is having many good features compared to Exertio in terms of Look & Feel, Dashboard, Freelancer Timesheet submissions, AI feature integration etc….
However I feel that some much needed (basic) features which are required for any Site admin might be missing and these basic features must be improved which are already there in other themes including Exertio Theme.
I am not sure at-least about below points whether Workreap is providing these features to ensure better flexibilities. I was also reading comments from other people and found that they have also raised similar concerns in the past. Can you please help me to answer below questions / clarifications for better and fast decision from my end?
I will assure you that I will be getting your theme immediately if i will get the assurance of having these points implemented in the theme.
1. Custom fields for User profile. I found this is much better way implemented for Exertio as we can add any additional fields inside User profile
2. In Workreap, Employer User profile doesn’t have a Company name. At-least for Employer this must be needed. With Custom Field it can be even possible by us if it is required.
3. In Exertio, For any user, we can add / hide / update fields from backend and accordingly users can get the details to fill necessary information. I doubt that in Workreap it is having such flexibilities for mostly all the User profile fields.
4. Incase any freelancer don’t want to show their own name and want to hide their identity, how it is possible in Workreap? This is really very much flexible in Exertio and other themes
5. I can’t see our “website logo” on User dashboard. This is also to be improved.
6. Employee Dashboard does not have a proper Dashboard summary like in Freelancer. It must have various key performance summary like how many projects finished, how much spent on projects and tasks, how many disputes etc
7. In Exertio, we can able to update type of Graph which is available on user Dashboard with a type, color etc…. In workreap, first of all I don’t see any graph (or Dashboard Summary) for Employer. And I doubt whether available graphs on Freelancer page also can be changed with it’s type/color etc….. ?
8. While creating a project, is there any possibility to add milestones? Once projects published, whether freelancers can update these milestones as per their interest??
9. In workreap, how can we control any unwanted words (abuse, negative, exchanging personal information during chat etc…) to be replaced with hidden words? This is well developed in Exertio to avoid unwanted words not only in chat but also while creating project, task etc and it will completely replacing such words even from project / task name.
10. User profile completion and it’s visibility to Employers. This is much needed function for Employer so that that they can Visualize that how much % profile has been completed by a freelancer? This is very clearly defined by Exertio Theme.
11. In Exertio Theme, Package creation is very flexible with additional attributes and have possibilities to provide any attribute as “Unlimited” incase you want to give any “Unlimited” parameters in the package. Does this feature available in Workreap?
12. Even we create any offer for a package with ending date, This can be visible in the packages.
13. User Identity Verification is very well implemented in Exertio Theme. It can be enable or disable from Back-end. Even with disable, the option will be available to verify identity (but it’s not compulsory) and still it will show the status of Identity verified or not and accordingly get the “Verified” badge.
14. In Exertio Theme, Zoom Meeting feature is available as a part of Theme. I guess in Workreap, it’s there but as an additional Add-On feature.
15. In Exertio Theme, The theme has been developed with a clear space to post google ads on many pages including Log-In, Landing Page, Dashboard etc… I doubt this has been already available in Workreap.
16. In Exertio Theme, Any package details can be updated for a particular User if we want to upgrade from backend. This I am not sure for Workreap.
17. In Exertio Theme, Even for project / task creation is much flexible with addition / hiding / updating of any fields as necessary. I am not clear about Workreap for the same.
Overall I see that Workreap is much advanced in terms of Aesthetic look-out but If you can add above points which are very little things for you to update (if anything is not there), you will be definitely seat on top of all your competitors.
Once again, I hope you will look into above points and provide me point wise replay on the same.

Under WR Settings >> Default Images, You have provided “Dashboard Logo” section where we can add Dashboard Logo image. Or does it just work that a freelancer creates a gig and when an employer buys it there is commission for us?

Payment Requests for Hourly Projects: For hourly-based projects, freelancers can send payment requests to employers, and you can earn a commission from those payments.
Services/Tasks/Gigs: For services or gigs created by freelancers, payments are made upfront by employers. As the site admin, you can configure and set your commission percentage on these transactions.

I purchased this code several months ago. I downloaded it yesterday, and I was surprised to find that it’s not the same version as the demo. Now, you’re asking for an additional payment to access the latest version, v3+.
However:
When I purchased it, the Envato page explicitly stated, as it still does today, “Future updates.” I’ve read your responses to other customers where you mention that this is a major technical update. But I paid for future updates, and this website has the same business cases as the previous version. If you’re claiming that this is a different product, why did you replace the previous one under the same historical Envato item? You’re benefiting from its historical number of downloads and ratings. This doesn’t feel fair to those of us who paid for the script.
I would like to either receive access to the new version or get a refund, as this item is still listed under the Envato product I purchased.
