there are no any sub types if you select downloadable type of products, so you have customization for plugin or you have such categories (it’s not sub types)
The RH frontend plugin does not support variable products. Also, downloadable products in woocommerce can’t be variable. You need to make different products for each digital variation

I created a test landing page with Elementor, but I discovered that the theme heading usually shows up at the end of the landing page after the footer.
I’ve tried to see if there’s any settings that will solve this, but I haven’t seen any yet.

i dont understand why you use greenshift at all. Ive tried every single video block, video background etc and and refuse to be responsive looks like total shit on mobile devices. In elementor i can just add the video as either background or block and it automatically perfectly adjusts to every device. its 2024 almost 2025 we shouldnt be having this issue
same shit with the greenshif templates they only display correctly in the editor then they look like complete ass on the page. you guys need to get you theme straightened out and settle on a page builder and make sure it works
If you prefer Elementor – remarket has Elementor version.
It’s first. Second, if you use Elementor, it doesn’t mean that other page builders work in the same way. They have other logic and functionality.
Video can be added as background in Greenshift in the same way as in Elementor and it will be also resized accordingly to device

if you use Dokan and BP, then you don’t need membership because both plugins have membership functions

this error means that you have closed remote access. Import is not possible because it’s blocked on hosting level. But you can try to use Alternative demo import

Looking at your documentation the process to build amazon search links for Repick has changed with amazon using sitestrip via the direct website vs the link builder. I can not get the format to align with the way the full link has the keyword and prefix.

1. It’s already can be voted only once. I think you use cache somehow. But even if so, I believe that vote can be counted only once
2. It’s not available. But you can use third party register forms and link popup with your custom page in theme options – user options

I don’t have any cache enabled, but mainly I don’t understand how cache could stop the multiple voting on refresh, as it’s saved to the database, it would need some form of database reference to stop a user voting again. Unless it was cookie based, which would assume a user can just hard refresh (cmd+shift+r) and vote again?

Yep, my website is live and I only want users with an account to be able to vote – and in this case, they can still vote multiple times if they refresh. Can you let me know what mechanism it is using in order to stop multiple votes? Or show me an example where that is the case? As I can’t see one

I fixed it. Its the way the already_hot function works. It expects an array everytime, but if only one user has liked it, it doesnt recieve it, so you can vote again and again after refreshing until someone else votes on the item. I can send the code fix if you want.

I am going to try Rehub again for multivendor and saw that Recash is setup like amazon where you are engaged with from the top of the page, and also the sidebar menu is good. Is there a way to use Recash templating with Buddypress for multivendor (Dokan), or is there a recommendation to get to close to it with another template?

As advised by you, I created a homepage using the “Content with sidebar” layout. However, this results in a “boxed” content layout, adding borders and extra spacing. My homepage consists of a “News/Directory List” block, which creates boxes within a box inside another box.
Even though it’s not ideal, it doesn’t cause too much of an issue on desktop. However, on mobile, it takes up a significant amount of space proportionally, which is problematic.
Could you please let me know how to remove or reduce this unnecessary spacing?
sorry, I already explained in private tickets. We already provided you code, but this code changes other pages also, then you asked fix for other pages – we provided, then it will change other pages. We can’t support things that changes layout of theme so you need to use OR theme layouts OR make own customizations, do this by your responsibility or hire someone.

Bug is something that is not working from theme. If it’s related to your customizations, then you need to understand that you do customizations on own risk
But i didnt make any customization for this ! If you make a new page, with a news/directory list, it will be in a box, with paddings around each block. This big box will also have padding around it.
It is not a real issue on desktop. But on mobile, it takes a lot of space…
Thats why i ask you how to remove these paddings on mobile (the one of the big box, or the ones of each item from the list)

I already saw that link, not helping. I have two product categories TVs and Vacuums. I want to set a dynamic comparison for TVs (comparing display, connectivity options, size…) and one for vacuums (comparing suction power, Hepa filters…etc). I am using content egg to import the products. The link doesnt show how to set these attributes for each comparison page (Tvs and vacuums). It talks about how to disable some attributes and what not. The video in the bottom of the page is kind of close to what I want to do. But it used Metakeys (like this one metadafi_543d5071ca14d) which I dont have any idea what that is.
