I need help changing the font color for the prices on my website. I have a black background, but the price text shows up as gray, and I can’t figure out where to adjust it. I’ve already set the regular and sale price text colors to white and red, with the base text color set to white.
Unfortunately, the theme author isn’t responding to my emails. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, I can’t translate some string in the theme. I am using Loco Translate and Polylang.
For example, the buy now button Is not trasletated, but in the plugin loco are set right.

The search results page is generated by WordPress & WooCommerce, not Flatsome. You can find some options in Flatsome>Advanced>Site Search, but if you need further customizations, you need to use a 3rd party plugin like Relevanssi.
THE FAQ generated is quite problematic. It adds content formatting to the FAQ answer.
Here is the example:

The installation is successful, but the framework structure of the theme does not open.
For example, “About Us”, “Blog” and so on, all the pages can not be opened.

Alrighty… I sell a product and I want to offer the base price for the standard item. Then, I want to also offer additional upgrades to the product, if they want a more enhanced version.
I could set up variations for this, but I’m looking for a method that’s cleaner than a dropdown.
Thoughts or suggestions?
It’s actually related to WooCommerce, not Flatsome. You can use a 3rd party extension like Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
Hi, is it possible to edit the search result page? I need to customize this page adding a form when clients didn’t find the products.
You can override the “no-products-found.php” WooCommerce template file by copying it into the child theme folder.
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/no-products-found.php -> wp-content/themes/flatsome-child/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php

Is it possible to disable the top bar on mobile but still have it visible on tablet and pc? Or possibly change the font size on mobile so it remains as 1 line of text?

When I change the shipping address to another country during checkout, I’m unable to scroll down; the page seems to be stuck. The only way to fix it is by refreshing the page. I created a Facebook account specially to get access to the Flatsome user groups and I have constantly been denied access to the groups. You really need to get off of Facebook and move these to a better platform.
When submitting your joining request, you must agree to the group rules. Otherwise, the system will reject it automatically.
I did that. My Suplablox and and Flatsome beta Testers are both pending. I am not able to see https://www.facebook.com/groups/flatsome at all. It looks like I was blocked. I get the message “This content isn’t available right now When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it’s been deleted.”
I know my license does not allow a direct assistance for support, but the “shipping_calculator_form” class unfortunately appears totally out of place and I can’t properly edit the css style (padding, margin, etc.). The last Flatsome version has been correctly installed (3.19.7).
The WooCommerce cart templates are being overridden by Flatsome: flatsome/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php flatsome/woocommerce/cart/cart.php flatsome/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php
Is there a way to avoid that Flatsome overrides the WooCommerce templates?
Flatsome is a WooCommerce theme. It’s the expected behavior that Flatsome overrides some WooCommerce template files like all the other WooCommerce themes. You can copy the original WooCommerce template files to the child theme folder to use the original template files instead of Flatsome’s.
