Hi, I have Avada theme registered in a website. I have just updated it to 7.11.11. But when I try to update Avada core and Avada builder I recive this message: Fusion Core installation failed. The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server. But I don’t have any restriction, and also have moved plugins from folder. What could be happening? Thank you.

It does appear to me that for some reason the older files for the plugin(s) cannot be removed causing this issue, this will require you to actually remove the plugin and install them manually following the instructions here => https://avada.com/documentation/plugin-installation-and-maintenance/#toc_6_Fallback_Method_for_Plugins

Hi. I have had the same error message uploading today the Core and Builder plugins. But this time I have deleted the plugins and the errors continues. Says it can’t delete the plugins. But the plugins are not installed. What can I do?

I have 3 Avada licenses, my support period has expired, I am not getting a support license right now because I don’t know if there will be a definitive solution.

My question is:

I am using Avada forms. Can I add a country code to the phone number field here? I didn’t see anything like that in Avada settings.

This is really important to me. If it can’t happen I will be very upset and will have to change the theme.

Hi , i am trying to contact you, but i am getting no response unfortunately, i bought avada theme last year, and i used it on a website, but now that website is not used and deleted and i want to use the theme on another website, but it is giving error, i tried to login to avada account but i am unable to login because i forgot the email i used to create the account, I need help to recover my avada account, but the support is not responding or helping, please help me on this. Hello, when i try to create an account, it says that the purchased theme code is already linked with another account. now i dont actually remember if i have created an account or not or which email is used. But i purchased the theme using this account on envato ” alemdad2023@gmail.com”. I want to share my purchase code and want to know which email is connected with it, in the avada account.

hi, I have four individual licenses. Only using two of them and other two are unused after the websites were deleted. When I tried to use those purchase codes on the new site, it says “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” please advise what to do. TIA

For this, you can login to your support account on our website and navigate to the below URL:

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister icon to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Avada Page options are blank, if I click on Header, Sliders or anything it sends me to an Oops, this page could not be found 404 error page. I’ve completely uninstalled avada, deactivated all plugins, reinstalled avada, same thing.

There is already an option available for that if you plan on using the custom header where you should be able to setup a mobile menu exactly as per your requirements, in terms of custom login page, you can always use our login elements anywhere you want to do that :)

thank you About the custom header. Honestly, there is no option to activate the icon from the options available in the mobile section. Unless you can make this item from the layers section. Another thing is that I am a member of your YouTube channel. Dear friends, they do not answer users’ questions. For example, I see a tutorial and have a question in the same field. Questions are not answered.

5.2.6 is very old and we recommend performing a stepped update approach. In this case going to v5.9.1 by downloading it from below page:

And then updating to v7.x.

Avada supports the popular WooCommerce plugin to sell products/services. For listings etc you might need to use a 3rd party Addon for WooCommerce. It is outside the scope of a website builder itself.

Any plans to add a horizontal content scrolling element?

This theme doesnt work with betterdocs when I have betterdocs installed the theme options override the betterdocs styling and it looks really bad

This AVADA is really amazing It is a very easy and high definition editor. You can’t find this editor even in Elementor.
