Hi there, I’ve a local installation of TheGem_WPBakery with TheGem_WPBakery_child. I noticed that the child theme has a css folder with the custom.css file inside it (not typical for wordpress as it is usually managed with style.css). Once the child theme is activated, another custom_something.css file is also created. In any case, when the child theme is activated there are obvious differences with the parent theme such as completely different headings etc. and even deleting the css files inside the css folder still has differences in the child theme. How can I have the child theme activated without having these problems? Is the child theme managed with style.css like in all child themes of other themes or is there a different way to manage the style in TheGem and if so where in the documentation you talk about it? Thanks for any advice

It is with the Gem. The strange thing is that the template is not listed anymore here in themeforest. I bought 3 times the gem and the oldest license is not here anymore. The website that I built with this old license has a problem with the gem template. I would renew support but I can only renew it for the other two licenses that I have that are connected to other websites.

So the website “bethshalom-remseck.de” has problems with the template the gem and also with the gem plugin. I cannot login in my Wordpress anymore.

After a recent theme update, my Yoast plug-in is not working correctly. I can’t access any functionality on the individual pages. I can access the Yoast plugin settings page, but it is completely blank. I have cleared my cache and disabled most plug-ins to check compatibility issues.

Hello, I bought your theme not more than 2 months ago and after each update, it is impossible to update the Layer Slider plugin. It is too annoying to have to see that notification with the red dot that constantly reminds you to update this plugin. In addition, it is tremendous to have to have paid for this product and that you do not include the plugin in its latest version every time you decide to update the theme.

You could do like other companies that sell themes and templates here on Envato Themeforest and at least include a link in the user dashboard to manually download the latest version of the plugins that are not automatically updated from the WordPress dashboard.

To have the theme updated and its other plugins outdated, for that reason I would not have paid and I would download it for free from the internet in some “GPL” version.

Hello, I’m trying to activate the license on a staging site within the domain in which the theme is already activated, but it won’t let me.

Message: “You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.”

I was expecting the theme to be automatically activated when staging site created.

Is it possible to show a different image when you hover over a different menu item in the mega menu?
