Also, would the theme switch orientation between the languages?

For multilingual website you have to use a specific plugin such as WPML or Polylang, by using the multilingual plugin you will be able to translate all part of website such as pages, menu, options and etc..
RTL and LTR directions will be set automatically dependent on the language.

We’re not having a good experience this time around with the theme. The customizer is extremely slow, times out and drag/drop doesn’t work for moving the elements around in order.
Please advise. Normally the theme functions great and is very fast. We also didn’t find any status errors or performance notices issues.

We love your theme and just purchased. We are going to use the theme to replace the current theme we have on our production website while updating our content.
Since our current production website is live, we wanted to play around with the new theme on WordPress that is installed locally on a NAS drive. Once I install the theme on the NAS and activate, I must register it with our purchase code. We want to play around with the theme and come up with a new design for our website and then re-create that on our production website.
If we uninstall the theme from the NAS WordPress, would we be able to install and register the theme on our production website? No, we are not trying to get around using the theme on multiple domains as we understand that is not allowed.

This issue is not related to the theme, you should optimize your images (optimize the size and convert them to Webp) and use caching plugin such as Litespeed Cache.

The size is exactly the same as the one that came with the demo. I optimized and converted the images to webp. I don’t know what’s delaying it but i think it’s not the theme. Perhaps elementor widgets? Anyway I’m more than happy with your amazing theme. Thank you

Hi Xtra, we can’t submit the ticket. It says “Whoops, something went wrong.” But we did write in the continued email dialog we were previously having with a picture for reference.
Basically, since updating to the latest theme version, there’s suddenly a problem with the theme not showing the STATE text on the checkout page. It is not displayed after selecting a state from the visible drop down menu. In other words, after selecting the state (which is visible from the drop down menu), the selection then becomes invisible in the field area on the form after selecting it.
For the record, when disabling the Xtra theme and choosing a stock Wordpress theme to test with (ie: the ‘24 theme and/or 25 theme, the state does display without issue, both before and after selecting it from the drop down menu.)
