Bonjour,
J’ai acheté votre thème en 2020 et, depuis la dernière mise à jour de WordPress, j’ai rencontré un problème critique. Sur mobile, mon site affiche une page blanche, et sur PC, le site est parfois très lent avec le même phénomène de page blanche qui apparaît.
Voici la configuration de mon WordPress :
Version : 6.7.1
Langue du site : fr_FR

It’s simple to disable WordPress debug: Locate your site’s wp-config. php, click on the three-dotted icon on the right, and then select Edit. To disable WP_Debug, change the last line to: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false).

thanks but I know how to do that. I just noticed that when you import the latest version of the theme and you import the theme of the wedding Planner 2 you can no longer access the site because it is a blank page.

the problem is only present on firefox and on google chrome mobile I tested a blank installation with the theme it does the same
page speed is very poor, even after enabling lightspeed. on google speedtest getting NO_FCP error. cant seem to solve this issue

Ive created a ticket, and im getting default answer from support to check a couple of links which has nothing to do with the issue im facing.

I purchased this theme in 2020. I went back and realized that the images on the front page are not displaying as a parallax. Instead they are static images and do not span the width of the page. Good morning,
I purchased this theme June of last year and my wedding ended up delayed due to COVID. Since then, I was not able to continue the design of my website due to the fluidity of the the situation and not knowing when I would be able to continue my plans. I resumed work on my website only to learn that the support had just expired the day before. I never even had a chance to use the website, develop it or anything. Is there a way to have an extension, or at least have a question answered without paying $80, which is more than the cost of the template?

Hi there, I bought Lovus – Wedding Planner WordPress Theme from you guys and design my wedding website. I have a question regarding the home page photos size. I have hard time to adjust or change the size of the pics. The pics in the front page(typically the slider portion) doesn’t fully seen. It cuts or hides some portion of it.
