I found out that the string “terms and conditions” in your flatsome code isesc_html__( 'terms and conditions', 'woocommerce' )But Woo changed it to
esc_html__( 'Terms and conditions', 'woocommerce' )
Just with a capital T. Please release a hotfix for this.

Hello, I encountered a problem after the update: going from 3.19.6 to 3.19.8. Before I went through the advanced settings and copy pasted the data from the theme options and it always worked. This time the options are half. Thank you for your help. My wordpress is up to date 6.7.1.

For some reason I’m unable to connect jetpack in order to use woo payments. I keep getting “an error occurred. please try again” and on the woo payments page when I try to connect store I get a HTTP 500 error and to contact my webhost which is ipower. Has anyone run into a similar issue and what I should try?
I used the jetpack debug tool, I added a plugin to increase speed in case that’s the problem. I know my mysql is out date and my hosting company is in the progress of updating mysql to version 8 for all customers but not sure when that will get done. I did ready jetpack can still run on an older version but it just seems to not be working. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

We currently have a website whose theme has been discontinued and only works with PHP 7.3 server version and cannot be updated (it breaks the website). After discussing, we decided to create a new website/store from scratch with the Flatstone theme that we are going to buy. Our question: in order to keep the old site active until the new one is up and running. Will the Flatstone theme work with the current PHP 7.3 server version? In the end, it will obviously be updated to the most correct version. This make sense to you? Is there another solution… Best regards.
You may have a problem with PHP v7.3 and Flatsome. However, if you work on a staging environment with Flatsome, you can update PHP without affecting the live site.

Hi, in your Tutorial, you show how to install the theme on a new WP installation. I have a shop up and running. Also with additional WooCommerce PlugIns like Germanized for example.
As well I have mods in my current child functions.php to tweek WooCommerce in some cases.
1. Will that work with that theme as well? Install on a live system? 2. How to have first a sandbox version of the theme? To make sure there is a flawless GoLive? I guess the license is for one domain and if the sandbox is on a different domain….

You can use one license on one public domain, three staging domains, and five local installations simultaneously, as long as they fit one of the patterns specified in this guide. You can create a staging environment to test the transition.
I was getting duplicated featured images and I finally found the ofending plugin it is called Really Simple Featured Video I will ask them if it can be fixed to work as I really wanted the ability

There is no option to customize those WooCommerce-generated pages. However, you can customize them manually by copying the template files into the child theme folder.
FLATSOME HAS BEEN GREAT! I’ve used this theme over 5 different times for different projects. There is some room for improvement on the business side, BUT that is with every business. UX Theme Support, I’m just needing an email reply. Thanks!

Flatsome is a WooCommerce theme. You can extend WooCommerce to work with Amazon with 3rd party extensions. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
How to cancel mouseover image in product module.
You can change or remove that behavior in Flatsome>Theme Options>WooCommerce>Product Catalog -> Product Box -> Product Image Hover Style.

We love flatsome theme! Please when you write “ENHANCEMENT: Various CSS improvements.” be more specific because in many cases it breaks the custom CSS that we already use.
