I’m looking to purchase this theme for a client/real estate agent but have a few questions first.
1. I see there are several dashboard features. Are there any type of analytics for the seller of the property (a client/customer of the agent)? Some type of report showing traffic, interest, any details? e.g. Charts, Traffic, Visitors, Locations, Devices, or Referrals.
2. The MLS IDX plugin is mentioned but not required for adding properties. My client has properties listed on the MLS. Do those get imported automatically or what are the capabilities and limitations? Requirements?
3. The property booking system seems a little odd. Is there a way that a buyer could visit a property and schedule a time to view a showing? Currently, I am seeing the “Request a booking” with check-in/out, but that’s more for a short-term rental. How custom can this become?

Before purchasing the theme, I have a few questions. I’m planning to create a short-term rental booking website and noticed you have two demos for rentals, which are good.
Here are my questions:
1) Customizability of the Booking Search Tab: Is the search/booking tab fully customizable? For example, can I remove certain features or options? I may only need fields for check-in, check-out, and the number of guests.
2) Single Property Page Customization: Can the single property page be fully customized using Elementor? Specifically, can I modify elements like the top image slider/carousel, property descriptions, and similar features? Is there an Elementor widget available for this?

Can I use this theme to allow individual agents or agencies to list their properties like a portal and, subsequently, screen inquiries about the listed properties so that I am acting as a middle person between the agent and prospects? In other words, communications are between the website owner and prospects. Prospects do not engage directly with the agent. I assume there’s a chat app, not just a contact form. Thank you.

Hello: Please explain what you mean: “You can replace the contact forms created with Contact Form 7 or WP Forms with your own.” Does it mean the theme auto-creates contact forms for the site and each agent that registers? If that’s the case, does that mean I must manually change the recipient’s email address to mine for each registered agent? Wow! That’s WORK!
A one-time change option would be much better, especially if it references the property in the contact form.

When accessing a property page on a mobile device and attempting to send a message through the realtor’s contact form, an error occurs. The “loading” icon remains active indefinitely and the message is not sent. This issue happens on any mobile browser, including Chrome in incognito mode. However, the form works perfectly on desktop computers.

The website: https://desarrollo.programador-web-freelance.es/realhomes/It’s a test site, a clean website, without plugins, so if you want to enter I can give you the username and password to check it.
But the real problem I have is on this website that is in production and we can’t write the address on the maps https://www.ro-spain.com/
I understand that it is a general problem because it occurs on 2 different websites, on different servers and updated to the latest versions.
Can you review it for your next version? Or tell me where I can fix it?
