Hi there, like your theme, I have only one requirement which is RTL support, I have seen in other comment that you don’t and you won’t have RTL support but if your willing to the stylesheets required for the site to work in RTL arabic language I would happily pay you for the extra customization.

I think it still may require some changes to the code and some manual css because this is just the basic support for generic themes, while some custom elements as carousels or slideshows may require some additional fixing.
I will buy this theme and try to modify the css with the help of someone but, only contingent on the ability of refund if it didn’t work

Hello, just moved our site to another hosting server. After that I updated the theme but had an issue. (got a black page with a white cross on the top right) I read here that it’s a plugin update/license issue and realized that it isn’t activated anymore, however everything is the same. (domain, site, content, database etc.). I deactivated the licence on the old server and wanted to reactive it on the new one, but I get the same error message: “your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license.” The fact is that it is not in use on any website.
Can you help me in that please? (I know that I don’t have an active support, but hopefully it can be solved in this way)

How can we buy a lifetime theme but cannot reuse the theme if we no longer have access to the domain that was hacked. Can we have you companies complaint policy. I see too many people complaining about this and no other theme does this restriction. Matter of fact most other theme maker has built in do-it-yourself kit to revoke license

Allowed changes are to move from staging to production (so a local domain to an online domain) or small domain changes like .xyz to .com and similar. Your’e trying to use the license on a totally different domain, which is not allowed.

1. Yes you can have a 1 column blog homepage and also add custom Elementor contents to such page, I’ve just recorded a quick video for you as demo:

But it will require javascript and CSS; so you can place it on its own page, where Ajax can be selectively disabled, in order to load it correctly. The music stops when opening that link but you can open it on a new tab so that the music keeps on playing.

hi thanks for the reply. So, I don’t spend almost $100 if the player then stops if I use 3cx live chat. We absolutely need to have live chat, for DJs and listeners. If you can’t guarantee that it works without interrupting the player then there’s no point in switching to your theme and I’ll stay with the current one. I have already purchased a wordpress theme here (VICE 2) and it was absolutely impossible for a layman to make it work properly as a blog, with a live chat, with a calendar, without it interrupting the player. Your theme seems suitable for what we want to do but the live chat must work without interrupting the player. If you can and want to help me in this regard, I will proceed with the purchase. Not even big radios invest 10K for such type of implementation, they just put the chant on another page.
hello except that as the official radio we pay for the license and music… nothing more than 10K a year… And we certainly don’t look at the big radios. Mine is not a criticism but a question of principle. Buying a theme (more than one) without the certainty that it will do what I want is a useless waste of money for us. I don’t understand why you can’t check the compatibility of this plugin and give me an answer. Finally, the question of putting the live chat on another page nullifies the usefulness of having a player that does not stop while browsing the site. HI, I’m already telling you the answer: in the page containing the chat, you need to disable ajax. I’ve checked the demo of the plugin and it uses cusotm js and css loaded for the specific page and is not ajax compatible.
Only the page containing the chat can’t be loaded with ajax. You have 2 options, as mentioned earlier: open the chat page in a new tab, or open it in popup (the theme contains a built in popup functionality to open links in popups, we can help with this). You can for instance make a popup opening a smaller window with the chat.

Hi, support just expired, so II understand if you can help, but I wanted to understand, under the radio settings, it says “Pausing a radio will completely disconnect from the stream.” However on “Header bar player” Player design, this doesnt seem to work, it only seems to work on “Play pause switch single channel”, is this something on my end, or is this how it’s build. hi, the button is exactly the same. Anyhow regarding this function, it’s important to understand that it doens’t always work in the same way. This function tries to disconnect compeltely the client from the server of the stream.
This function is extremely inefficient because the server needs to create a new session, and the client needs to open another connection. Both server and browser try to NOT do this, and both try to block you. So even though we try to force the disconnection, still it may not always work as expected, because of details that are out of the page control.
This is annoying, I purchased this theme for a purpose and when it is time for me to utilise it, it kept telling me that my license key is been used on another website, i have never shared my account or theme with anyone so how come it is in use by someone else when i’m not aware. Please help me fix the issue by login out the user that was said to be using a theme i paid for. I need to activate the theme now and make use of it. thank you.

hello and thanks for contacting us. It seems your support expired since quite some time. The described issue is normally caused by incorrect encoding of the songs metadata. This means the song titles are stored in the MP3 files in ISO instead of UTF8, which is normally caused by copy and paste from windows computers, for instance from an excel into the id3 tags.
The correct solution would be to edit the song information of the files before airing them.
While for a software solution, we can write an encoder for your website, but this requires a manual work. So if you need support and prefer us to make apiece of software to adapt ISO titles to the standard UTF 8, i’m going to need you to please extend the theme support, so we can provide an adequate service for your websites.
