To customize the “BLOG” title on your page, there are a few methods you can try depending on how the page is built. If you’re using Elementor, open the page in Elementor, locate the section with the “BLOG” title, and either delete it or change the font color to white by editing the text widget settings under the Style tab and adjusting the Typography color option. As the page uses a default title, you can go to Theme options in your WordPress dashboard and look for the Typography or Page Title section to adjust the title settings, including font color. If no direct options are available, you can add custom CSS by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and using the code display: none; to hide the title or color: white; to change its color to white.

I do not use woocommerce, i disabled WooCommerce Checkout in LMS settings
i disabled the woocommerce plugin entairly in wordpress plugins section now its fixed. You never mentioned to disable the woocommerce plugin completely anywhere in the documentation. Please mention this so other users will get benefited. Thanks

we use your theme. The funny thing is that some users can view a course and some cannot view the course.
All users have the same authorization and all courses have the same settings.
For some the button says “Start Course” but for others it says “Get Course”
We search and search and can’t find any error or difference.

After setting up first course, further course editing seems to be bricked. I’m stuck in a login loop, although I didn’t install any single addon out the list of recommended by theme author. Most of functions are not working cause of the login loop. Waiting few days for author to answer on my ticket, then making a refund, as I wasted already too much time on that theme.

There’s a critical issue with the last update: 4.8.86 all plugins are updated to the last update. Assignment , when I click on start assignment button it redirects me to the same page again when I can see the ” Start assignment button again” instead of redirect me to the assignment page where I can upload text and photo to the assignment. please test it as student and try to access assignment page by clicking on start assignment and it will not redirect you where you can do the assignment. it will act as refresh button and it will redirect you to the same page again. It’s a critical issue in this update and you need to push another update as 99% of your users are using assignments in courses.

You can choose limited or unlimited attempts for students to retake quizzes if they cannot earn the required or they are not satisfied with the results. If the Limited option is selected Attempts field will appear in the Quiz Settings which you have to indicate the number of attempts

1. Just want to bring to your notice that the menu bar on the homepage is broken; it does not show properly. It is showing a white colour stripe when you view it from an iPad or tablet; it shows fine from the mobile or laptop. If you check even in your demo page, Classic LMS 2, it is showing broken. The same is true for my website. I have attached the screenshot link. Please check and fix.

Error – Downloading installation package from https://stylemixthemes-product-downloads.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/masterstudy/masterstudy-elementor-widgets-1.2.4.zip?X-Amz-Content-Download failed. Not Found.
3. In the sign-up page there is only the option to show the privacy policy, but I cannot add the terms & conditions link. Where can I add that? Similar to the instructor sign-up, it should also have a different terms & conditions option to accept before sign-up.
4. Please check your demo data and demo front page in the Classic LMS 2 demo; it seems like all demo pages are not updated or they are not tested. In the theme option, Header Style Options is set to Online Courses. When you click on the Sign up button and then try to click the Log in button, it does not work; you have to click on the sign-in option below. Even the option Show Popup links enables the Become an Instructor option, but when you click it, it will not take you to the Become an Instructor page or sign-up option; it just opens to sign in, and the homepage menu icons go transparent. You cannot turn them visible. I even tried a fresh installation of the theme with the updated files.
Please try the same settings on Classic LMS 2 with the same settings I have mentioned. You will see the issues. Please fix the Classic LMS 2 front page issues.
5. Please add a strong password option that the admin can enable in the theme option as minimum of 8 or 10 characters or give the option to the admin to enable Google Authenticator as an additional security measure in the login section, as a lot of hacking is going on with passwords, and if I enable Google Recaptcha, will it also be auto-enabled on the login or sign-up pages, as it’s very important.

The issue you’re experiencing is likely caused by LiteSpeed Cache interfering with the login process. This can happen when LiteSpeed Cache caches login pages or authentication sessions, leading to conflicts during the login process.
To resolve this, you should configure LiteSpeed Cache to exclude login-related pages, such as /wp-login.php and /wp-admin/, from being cached. You can do this by going to LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Cache Settings and adding these URLs under the Do Not Cache URLs section. Additionally, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users by setting Cache Logged-in Users to No in LiteSpeed Cache > Cache. It is also helpful to configure LiteSpeed to automatically purge the cache when users log in, which ensures any old session data is cleared. This can be done in LiteSpeed Cache > Purge > Purge Settings.
If needed, adjust the cache TTL (Time to Live) in LiteSpeed Cache > TTL to prevent conflicts. Furthermore, make sure browser caches are cleared, as they can sometimes contribute to the issue.
