hey, i’m getting this error. Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the porto-functionality domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.)

Hi, Im trying to update my php version from 7.4 to 8.3 and now i cant open my website. i got this message: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ”>= 7.4.0”.

Update Composer’s PHP Version
If Composer is not recognizing PHP 8.3, you may need to tell Composer explicitly which PHP version to use. You can do this by setting the php environment variable for Composer:
Run the following command in your terminal:

1. That is basically the banner, but if you want it as a slider, you can duplicate it and then use it in the carousel of the section and it should work for you.

i hookup a mouse to my laptop and it worked fine, on my mouse pad the click works fine but touch is causing the issue, but works fine on other sites, i guess i shocked the mouse pad with electrostatic zap, anyway this makes sense im more confident than before to purchase your theme, million thanks for the kind and quick support

Our theme does support RTL languages. For multilingual functionality, we recommend using a plugin like WPML or Polylang.

Please follow these steps to edit the “Product Archive” template:
1. Go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Product Archives, and edit the “Product Archive” template either from there or from the frontend. You can refer to these screenshots for guidance:

unfortunately, we still can’t get any support or any answer to our question about your products which our former developer has been purchased for us for our costs and on our behalf. They tried to develop our small corporate site based on your porto theme, but it took over 6 months for them to assemble the site based our our approved specification and they still left lots of bugs and troubles within the site, but the biggest one is the site is causing adding 10% to its MySQL db every week resulting in size over 4 Gb already and that’s taking into account that we don’t add anything to it for the last months. We need an advice from the theme developer as the site developer replied they don’t know why your theme is inflating the db like this and they don’t want to learn further. Another question is how can we build another site based in the license of your theme and how can we install new instance of theme on new instance of wordpress at the same hosting account without moving the registration code? As I can understand we are eligible to build several web-sites for our company based on the same license puchased earlier? Can you provide us with the e-mail address or ‘whatsapp’ phone number to contact for support?

If you do not have the theme purchase code, you will need to purchase a new one.
Regarding the database issue you mentioned, since your developer built the site over six months, we are not sure how it was set up. The issue could be due to custom code added by your developer or third-party plugins. To investigate further, we would need to debug your site directly. For this, please contact us through our support system with your theme purchase code PDF for verification.
Regarding your license, please note that a single license is valid for only one live URL, as per Envato’s policy. If you need to create 10 different sites, you will need to purchase 10 separate licenses for the theme. We recommend confirming this policy with Envato as well. Hi, Just replying with the account I purchased the theme with.
I have an issue with displaying events content type using Post Grids. I need it to only display the title of the event on the home page and then if you need to view more information, you can click on the event to view more. However, whenever I add extra information to the event, it displays all of the extra information on the home page and even includes wordpress tags with it which makes it looks messy. Is it possible to disable editing of pages at the Shop Manager level?
So that the Store Manager who manages business affairs does not accidentally damage the pages.

Our theme does not influence the rights of the users. If you want to change the default user roles you will need to find a role manager plugin. We have not tested any which is why we cannot recommend any to be 100% compatible OR you can try with some Custom Code.

On the Post Category page, each post has A View Online button. I am trying to customize it to a Download button, so instead of clicking the button to go to the post detail page I want users to download a PDF file. However I did not find any place to customize this button. Could anyone help?

Ah ok, thank you for the reply.
I had seen that but i assumed there was just a way in the options panel to simply switch them off, like in some other themes, regards.
Also i don’t know if i need to start a new thread or you can answer here, i’ve searched the help but can’t find an answer but after loading the demo content there is some weird thing on the front end as if you can edit it there – it says: Edit header: Header in blue then in green it says Track options, could you tell me how to fix this please?
