We purchased the template – it’s really beautiful! However, we would like to use “Home 13”. Unfortunately, this page doesn’t show up after installing the theme in WordPress.

All other home pages are listed with “home” in the URL (e.g. /home-x), but this one is called creote/v2-new. Could this be the reason why it’s not showing up? We would appreciate your support!

License Issue and Guidance for Updating the Creote Theme

We are currently facing an issue regarding the license for the Creote WordPress theme. Here’s a summary of our situation:

Our client requested a migration of their website to a new hosting provider, where we finished working on a redesigned version of the site. It is important for the client that the old site with the licence remains also active and fully functional on the original hosting, while the redesigned version operates on the new hosting.

However, we encountered a problem while attempting to update the theme and its associated plugins on the new site. The site crashed, and we had to restore it from a backup. Below is the error message.

We believe this issue occurred because the license for the Creote theme is still active on the old website, but somehow not on the new site, right?

Our main questions are:

1. Is it possible to purchase an additional license for the Creote theme and apply it to the new, redesigned site while keeping the old site active on the original hosting?

2. How can we correctly activate the new license on the migrated site to ensure future updates work smoothly, but to not break this finished redesign website?

3. We couldn’t find an option to remove or add a new license to the theme. Could you please guide us on the correct process? (image below)

We would appreciate any assistance or advice you can provide to resolve this issue effectively, thanks in advance.

I’m webmaster and my client wants a website with some part of the DEMO 11 and some part of the DEMO 10. How can I do that? Do I have to import the 2 demos?

Our website is hosted on “IONOS” hosting with the theme Creote. The provider while scanning tells that the function.php contains vulnerable code in both child and main files. But we have not changed anything in the main function.php. They are always deleting the functions file. So we need to upload the files again and again when the site goes down. Do you have any solution for this as it says the code is vulnerable?
