Yes you can enable the option to create an account when purchase course. On our demo website, we disabled it for demo purpose only.

However, the simple problem I faced was when users hit a course and went to Lp Checkout they were required to Login. But in the case where the user hadn’t, there was no Register option. I can not edit Lp Checkout. Where is the Register option?

Hello, after purchaase and first installation, i see everything ok but the Appointment booking plugin seems not to work as intended. I have only 2 sub menus (no employees, no forms, nothing) only settings and categories of appointments. I tried deactivate other plugins (only bundled ones, no other external pugin is active or installed) but nothing. Could it be a Woocommerce or PHP or wordpress version issue? My specs are Woocommerce 9.3.3 – Wordpress 6.6.2 , php 8.2, theme -> latest version (last friday). Other from this, it says i have no permission for custom checkout fields in appointment booking sub-menu (in wp-admin). Note: i am administrator. Please tell me if there is a max woocommerce or wp version to use

I didn’t use this theme for a while so my support has ended. But this theme has multiple issues we can not fix. - the podcast image on mobile does not load unless you interact with it. - the font ‘rightman signature’ is not included for my demo import and this breaks headers - the services component has broken hover states for mobile I hope I can get these issues fixed because it is really annoying for me and my customers.

In the Transparent Header I placed an SVG Icon in white but it doesn’t show up white, I placed white in the main color and it still doesn’t take the color, what could be happening? I even tried placing the SVGs in other colors and it still doesn’t change it to the original color of the SVG

How I can import the “Classic Life Coach 5” demo? Only “Classic Life” appears.

From the warning messages, importer couldn’t import product related data. It might happen if you haven’t activated WooCommerce plugin before importing.

But if your shop page works fine after updating. You can ignore these warning message.

The second time was yesterday but It looks like I installed the theme before the domain propagated and got attached to the temp site then unregistered me when it finished propagating..

My hosting company is saying it can affect first site I have the theme on which I bought a years ago.

After updating the theme to the latest version I can’t import a saved template demo page in my pages I am working. I also tried from multiple browsers and doesn’t work.

I see the images are downloaded in Media Library, but the design does not append in the end of the page.

The same thing happens if I open a completely blank new page. Elementor templates won’t import in the blank page.

I also downgraded Elementor (2 older versions back) – this didn’t work as well.

I can import a default free Elementor template without any issue. I am facing issues only with DotLife Business Coach page template.
