The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with latest version.
The contact forms in the theme are created using Contact Form 7 plugin and they can be integrated with MailChimp by using 3rd party plugins for Contact Form 7 and MailChimp integration.

I purchased this theme some time ago, and unfortunately my support has expired. So I can’t submit a bug. But there appears to be several issues you should know about with the default theme and the newest version 6.7.1 of Wordpress:
1. The related episodes component no longer works. It does not show the related episodes anymore.
2. If you toggle the Podcast Host option off on the podcast item, it throws a critical error and breaks the page.
This happens on the theme straight out of the box with no customizations and all plugins turned off.

You can upload the podcast audio file directly to the website if you want it to be played. There are also options to enter links to your podcast on other platforms like Spotify. You can read more about that in the theme documentation

This is a pre-sales question: I need to host my podcasts on Dropbox and then link to them. Is there a way to do this with the self-hosted audio option? Or are you only able to upload them and store them on the same server this WordPress theme is hosted on?

By uploading to Dropbox this would be an external link so unfortunately it cannot be used. It is necessary to upload audio using WordPress media library on a server where WordPress is hosted on so it could be available.

Ok thanks, in that case I assume I could probably use a plugin like this to then integrate Dropbox into the WordPress media manager and that way your theme could still use the files. If you think this won’t work, please let me know. Thanks

This 6 month support option is an absolute joke. When you purchase a license, it really should come with support. Especially as bugs and issues can arise with updates. I am having an issue currently as I can only embed a podcast which I upload as an MP3 for. But where is the ability to link or embed from a podcast hosted on a platform like buzzsprout. Not so flexible. super I can include an apple and Spotify link but then I’m left with a hard coded player on the page with no function to play the podcast. Even though the theme says it has a powerful player supporting lots of platforms. Seems like a no-brainer. Given that by uploading an MP3 any analytic data isn’t included in this type of theme?

The theme is supported and by purchasing the Regular License you get an option to use our theme for an unlimited period of time, to update your theme every time we release a new theme version, and you also have the option to get all the latest versions of the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Only self hosted audios can be uploaded on Single Resonator Podcast posts and played in theme’s audio player and we haven’t advertised theme differently. We have also mentioned this several times in the comment section where users reach us for pre-sale questions.

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. It appears all of my resonator elementor components have disappeared. The page is blank and in elementor, all of the spots where I had resonator widgets are now empty.
I’m not longer able to add podcast list, podcast player, etc. All of the resonator elementor components have completely vanished.

Are you perhaps using the latest Elementor version (3.16.0)? If this is the case, then please navigate to Elementor > Tools > Version Control and roll back to 3.15.3 version (please see screenshot).

If you want to use Elementor Pro DO NOT purchase this theme! I was using Elementor and this theme together and had all kinds of issues. I reached out to support and they stated:
“Our themes are not compatible with Elementor Pro and Elementor Headers & Footers plugins, and those plugins will conflict with theme options, so I would not suggest using them with our theme.”
So, now I have removed the theme. Money and MUCH TIME wasted.

It is well stated on the ThemeForest page that this is a template that is compatible with Elementor, not with Elementor PRO, and it was never indicated differently.
Everything you saw on our live demo can be achieved with our theme options and Elementor free version!

May 9th, 2023: Twice I’ve tried getting support and STILL can’t submit a support ticket!!! This developer is not supporting this product. I can’t submit a support ticket because the developer’s support site is not updating to show my recent purchases (May 6th, 2023) and their system won’t allow manual registration either! Their global system won’t update something as simple as changing logos. You have to manually change the logo on every single page and post type… TERRIBLE!!!

It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first to be listed in the “Supported Items”. Please fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
Regarding logo, it could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
