Hello. I would like to purchase the Zox News theme, but before installing it on the live site, I would first like to install it on a demo site that I will set up at: mydomain.com/demo-site. After seeing that everything works fine, I would install the theme on the original website. Can this be done with a newly purchased theme? Do I need to activate any codes or anything similar for the theme to work?

Hi, curious if I can customize the template in English and then have the that either translated to Arabic or switch between English and Arabic. Is that a feature? Is the dashboard for RTL in Arabic or English?

You would need the WPML plugin to toggle between languages, and that plugin has not been officially tested with the theme, so I cannot guarantee that it is 100% compatible.
I purchased zox themes with regular licence but 2 plugin asking licence code. Reviwer plugin and Theia Post Slider plugin in not valid. How can I solve licence problem. Help me please

Unfortunately, Theia Post Slider is no longer supported, but I will continue to try and find a replacement. In the meantime, the included version should still work with the theme.

After installing the new theme update, it made the old Twitter logo in our social media buttons at the top of the site disappear but did not replace it with a new logo for X. It’s just a black circle now. I have uploaded and installed all the files. I even Imported demo content on a child site to check if the issue would go but no help so far.

Hello, I haven’t seen anything new on this theme, it seems like it only receives maintenance updates, but nothing with new features, design improvements, it’s 2025 and in 2024 we didn’t receive anything. Are we expecting a new theme or at least the revival of the ZoxNews project?
