Hello, I’m trying to install Avada, and when trying to activate with code; it says that there is another installation which I’m not aware of, your help will be greatly appreciated.

the message is “The purchase code is already being used on another domain”

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account > Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works

I have a question about the real estate theme. I imported all of the demos into a new install. The Home page installed fine but none of the content/properties or agents are showing up. I am being redirected to an Oops page not found. My domain is https://mydomain.com/location/

My question is, is this all been generated by some listing plugin? or am I missing something? Only 8 pages were installed.

One more question, I noticed that inside the properties and agents pages, you can only edit with the default WordPress editor. Is there a way I can use the Avada theme editor to build out these pages? or am I stuck with trying to edit using the WordPress editor? I would like to build out a custom page/layout for my agent’s pages.

After updating to the latest version of the Avada theme, we have noticed a font overlapping issue on our website. Initially, I suspected it was caused by our plugins, but after a thorough investigation, I confirmed that this issue originates from the Avada framework itself.

To verify, I checked the official Avada theme demo, and the same issue occurs when reloading the website in a browser. This suggests that the problem is not site-specific but rather a framework-level issue.

This simply appears to be a cache issue with loading and nothing else, for example I don’t see the font changing on the prebuilt sites on my end, kndly try disabling your cache plugin(s) and check again once.

Thank you so much for your reply. Sorry for the delay. It’s not a cache issue. I finally found the problem, but I don’t know how to fix it.

The issue is caused by the Avada Advanced Custom Fields Pro (AFC Pro) plugin. When I install and activate this plugin, my entire website all pages, posts and admin panel start overlapping/bouncing. However, when I deactivate the plugin, the issue disappears.

This problem started after updating to the latest version of the Avada theme.

Please help us resolve this issue. Thank you!

ACF Pro works well with Avada, I have just rechecked this and did not get this issue, can you kindly recheck if this is in combination of any other plugin?

I don’t see the Slider Revolution plugin in my theme files (v.7.11.7, see support email for purchase code). Did I receive incomplete files in my purchase download? How can we fix this issue? I appreciate your help.

Hi. I make simple changes directly to the text block of my homepage from Avada Builder and/or from Avada Live but I can not see my changes on the site. I press the Update/Save button and the front page does not show the new content. I have not extra plugins for cache. The weakness I face has to do with the end of my support? My theme and plugins are updated.

Surely, but you can not use two different themes at once in this case, if you plan to use Avada you have to disable the other theme you are using.

Have you tried recurring events as well? Creating events it was never the issue

Nothing to do with creating events. It seems that (add_comments_template) declared twice is the issue… But you are the expert, so I leave it here…

Hi, all of a sudden my pages show nothing but the background color (all my pages). Clean page with nothing on it. Everything was working, I didn’t make any new installations or changes. Something in the theme changed. I’m still able to login to the wp backend and everything looks fine. Need you help urgently.

I have 3 major issues on my website(s) with the Avada theme. We’ve been using this theme since 2022. A website developer bought the theme for us so I am not the purchaser of the theme/no longer have support.

1. I have Woocommerce categories added to the shop page via shortcodes. Up until recently the categories on the home page will show the number of products that are in that category (not what’s in stock – so 400 items, but technically only 30 in stock), but when you click into the category it shows only what’s in stock. The product count doesn’t match to what’s in stock in the category. The product count seems to show the proper amount half the time…

2. The website is showing old data on mobile and Safari. It shows fine on Chrome/Firefox. I’ve reset all the mobile settings to the general settings. I’ve also contacted our host and internet provider about this. They are unsure. Caching, clearing browser history and cache, using browser/private browser doesn’t help.

3. Most recently the homepage of the website is all broken without a theme and is in black and white text on mobile. I’ve reset all the settings on the backend of Avada > Options > Responsive. It looks great when it wants to work.

All of these issues aren’t existing all the time, other than #2. Sometimes the product count will show correctly, and sometimes the websites won’t look broken with black and white text.

When I purchase do I get the Pro version of Filebird plugin or do I need to buy it seperate?

To clarify – when I install the filebird plugin it will not activate and operates in “Lite” mode with limited features.

It says it needs it’s own license from Envato

Avada 7.11.14 still has a problem. The Avada Builder no longer works properly on our pages. It crashes after a JavaScript error. Please check and send out a patch. I’m now trying to downgrade again so that I can change something on the pages again. Here’s a screenshot https://ibb.co/zh380dQ3

Avada 7.11.14 (released today) solved a lot of our issues. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Privacy Embeds do not work now. I disabled all plugins except Avada, Builder, and Core, cleared all cache, and tried four different browsers. No dice.

Also, to confirm the above, I downgraded our website to Avada 7.11.13 and the Privacy Embeds work well.

Can you guys kindly look into this issue? If replicated, a quick-fix (patch) would be appreciated.

Can you guys please release a patch to fix the issue? It affects all customers using Avada’s modern menu style for mobile devices (e.g., iPhones).

I recently noticed that Image gallery shows 3 columns instead of 4, or 2 columns instead of 3. Spacing currently set to 10. When I change spacing to 0 the columns number is correct, but I need the spacing. Any solutions for this??

I don’t understand at all the Extended License. It’s mean that if I use these theme to build an e-commerce store (using or not prebuilt demos) I must pay $2950 yearly?

My customer is a recruitment consultancy. They only display some job vacancies on their website and job seekers can select a job and apply online to. No listings of job seekers or companies searching for candidates. it is that simple. They list the job their customers employers need and job seekers can just apply to the job and upload their CV for study.

We don’t have such a job listing feature like that but if you’re ok with manually setting up a page/form for each such job, you can use our Avada Form feature for that.
