This is the second day in a row that my tickets have gone unanswered, and I have received no confirmation that you got them. The only notification on your site says:
“Your Ticket Has Been Submitted Successfully! We will keep you updated through email.”
But in reality—nothing! No confirmation email at all! Have you deliberately disabled tracking to make it harder for customers to monitor their issues? On top of that, the system simply doesn’t send emails, so I have no idea if you even received my request!
Bring back the tracking system like all other developers do!

1. You can create custom pages for agents or agencies using RealHomes Ultra design.
2. It is possible to design entirely different page templates using Elementor.
3. RealHomes supports property data import via WP All Import. However, directly transferring complete portfolios from Zillow or similar platforms may not be possible.
4. Users can add properties, and listings can be reassigned between different agents or users.
5. You can monetize your website by utilizing ad spaces for third-party advertisements.
6. RealHomes does not have a built-in ads management system. However, it includes a membership system that allows you to offer various membership plans, enabling users to activate or feature their properties.
7. RealHomes supports user role synchronization, allowing you to modify user permissions and capabilities. You can find more details here: User Roles Synchronization Documentation
8. There is no built-in feature to limit the number of agents under an agency.
9. You can display nearby points of interest using the Yelp Nearby Places feature. More details can be found here: Yelp Nearby Places Documentation

11. A built-in chat system is not available yet, but we plan to develop one in the future.

On the main page, does any of the sliders have a (VIEW MORE) option wherein when clicked, more posts from that category or property will show? I’m not talking about the option for read more text for EACH property but rather the whole section.

I am currently using the RealHomes Modern theme.I have issue with property search form, the bedroom dropdown only accepts numeric values, which means I cannot display a “Studio” option (commonly represented as 0) for properties that are studios.
I have attempted to modify the settings via the Customizer and explored file overrides in a child theme, but the dropdown still displays only numeric values (0, 1, 2, …) instead of “Studio.”

I am writing here because I wrote in the backend of inspirythemes.com but I did not receive any notification and there is no trace of my question.
I just installed Wordpress from scratch, with php 8.3 on my server that contains many other WordPress sites also with WPML. I then installed your theme and one of the demos. Subsequently I installed WPML which I have had the license for many years. I followed your instructions exactly on the page https://realhomes.io/documentation/wpml-basic-setup/?h=wpml but if I enter a property or create a new one, the 4 blocks with “Features”, “Types”, “Locations” and “Statuses” do not have any value and in the browser console 4 “404” errors appear (this is the one related to “Features”: index.php/wp-json/wp/v2/property-features?context=view&per_page=100&orderby=name&order=asc&_fields=id%2Cname%2Cparent&_locale=user).
I tried 3 times and also tried changing the settings and translating all the “Types”.
As it is, the theme is unusable.

2. You can remove the social media icons from the header by removing the social links in Easy Real Estate → Settings → Social. More details can be found here: Social Links Documentation

I have purchased the Real Homes theme, but I am facing two major issues:
Purchase Code Issue: The purchase code is not being accepted, preventing me from registering for support. I need assistance to resolve this so I can access official support channels. Edit: This was fixed right after I wrote this. I think it triggered it.
Translation Issue: The theme is not properly loading language files. While some parts of the site are translated, key elements like “Property Status,” “Property Type,” and “Location” on the homepage remain in English. I have verified that the translation files are in place, but they do not fully apply.

Please, I don’t want a complicated solution. I’m not a tech guru 
Your explanation seems to mean that I’d assign myself or someone else every time a property is listed – that’s much work.
I thought there would be an option or feature to bulk-assign all listings to one user (e.g., the admin). By extension, the admin or assigned person would control all communications through the contact form.
I am trying to determine whether I should pick up my long-delayed and overdue idea/project in the next half of the year and revisit why I abandoned it: the option of being the middle person or interfacing with agents and the public.
I think I already have three property themes/scripts, including “Real Homes,” the funny part is that I have not used them all these years. I got tired of this issue then.

I agree on the bulk-edit feature, we will consider improving it as WordPress itself doesn’t provide meta fields to be displayed in the bulk-edit feature.
That’s why I proposed that you should select yourself as a default agent to each property so that the users who are submitting the property can’t assign a different agent.
The RealHomes comes with a default agent feature, which you can enable in Dashboard → RealHomes → Customize Settings → Dashboard → Submit Property section.

So I began work on my abandoned website and tried turning all the rent listings to rented status by going to the backend and editing the rent property status. The individual property pages ended up showing rent, rented instead of rented as I had hoped. How do I resolve this and do I bulk edit property status?

Gallery images a media upload button are no longer showing in the backend of the property edit page on Real Homes. It displays when adding a new property, however when you publish the property and return to edit, the gallery and upload are missing. Images still appear on the front end.
