I tested the theme some time ago on one of my web domains, but now I want to go to production. However, I cannot activate the theme on the prod domain, even if I deleted the older one where I tested the theme. Should I renew the support for the theme in order to be able to do this? Thx

When looking a the site in a foreign language (using WPML), it adds the language code to the URL (like /ar/ or /fr/) structure. So, the assignments page that Instructors look at looks like:
site.com/ar/user-account/assignments/
While navigating in the language (the only way to even see assignments submitted in that language for some reason), when you click on the more button beside each Assignment, it doesn’t stay in the language and it takes you to a link like this:
site.com/user-account/assignments/#####
But the student didn’t submit it there, they submitted the assignment in their language, so the link should be something like this:
site.com/ar/user-account/assignments/##### site.com/fr/user-account/assignments/#####
When manually correcting the url, it correctly brings up the assignment as expected.
This is obviously really frustrating for our Instructors, can we get a fix? Hovering over the button shows that it’s the system itself that is doing this – it’s not trying to go to the language version and then rerouting or not loading or something obscure.
Info in an attempt to avoid automated responses:
- WPML is set up correctly, it’s been working (as best as we can expect these days) for months. - All plugins and themes are updated - Turning off all caching doesn’t resolve the problem - Permalinks don’t solve the problem

What causes the header to keep changing. Lets say l select the Offline Courses header, the website is not maintaining that on both desktop and mobile. One time it opens another header type when you open a particular page or when you browsing another page shows a different header

Hello. I have a question before, and I hope you have a solution. because the last time I bought an LMS theme here, I had a negative experience. I decided to take your free plugin version for a test drive, and I noticed something troublesome: each time I tried to access the course builder to see how it works, I had to log in using your frontend (which is strange), but your frontend was stuck and would not log me in. I want to make sure that I don’t end up purchasing your theme that comes with the pro version and get the same issue. My server is Litespeed. I have no problem with other sites frontend login at all. Only yours in the free version.

Regarding the issue with the Course Builder login, it’s not expected behavior. You should be able to access it without any problems. Since your server is LiteSpeed, there’s a chance that caching or security settings may be interfering with the login process. Could you please try the following?
Clear LiteSpeed Cache and temporarily disable it to check if it resolves the issue.
Disable third-party plugins (especially security or caching-related ones) and test the login again.
Use an incognito/private browsing window to rule out browser cache issues.

You were correct about the caching issue, and it resolved itself. However, I have another question. I would appreciate it if you let me know by purchasing your theme; I will have access to all the features of the Masterstudy LMS pro. Please verify that all features are available after purchasing the theme. Once I receive confirmation from you that I will have access to all the pro features, I will be purchasing 2 licenses for your theme. I watched the videos showing all the pro features, including SCORM package upload, email customization and management, form editor, audio feature, and the very impressive assignment feature. Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classes, which I use, are on top of my list. The only thing that I couldn’t find any tutorial for that you have listed was the student forum. I can see they are listed, and I do apologize for asking to verify, but I want to make sure. Regards
