Hello, we recently bought 2 woodmart licences. One licence was installed on a test domain, which was subsequently deleted. Now we cant access the test domain, since it is deleted, to deactivate the licence. We have an envato account but how do we access the xtemos account to activate or deactive the woodmart theme. Where in the theme can I change the text in the search header page that says, “search for products” or “search for posts”. I need it to say something else like “search for content” as I currently have the theme on Catalogue mode” and not selling a product.

After years of using your theme without any problem, today I have encountered a weird problem considering the “Video” element for WPBakery (self-hosted). No matter what, it keeps showing it horizontal (while the video is vertical) and of course again no matter what, it shows only 1/3 of the video height. No matter the changes on aspect ratio I am making, it ignores them completely.

I am in the staging process and I am experiencing a problem:
All category and single product pages need to be designed with layouts that include a sidebar. The sidebar has to be shown on the mobile as well. I am using the “off-canvas column button” with the name “Ver Productos”.
But on mobile, I can not make the sidebar work on single product pages:
While the “off-canvas button” functions correctly on category pages on mobile. You should be able to change it in the slide itself. You can find this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Sliders -> All slides.

I would like to know if it really makes a difference in loading time whether you use Gutenberg, WP Bakery or Elementor to edit and design content and templates in Woodmart? I have seen that almost all of your demos are made with WP Bakery. Is that your preferred page builder? Even though it’s the older of the three, I personally find it the most intuitive and clearer and more structured than Elementor and Gutenberg.
For a new project, however, I’m considering using Gutenberg because it’s native WordPress. After all, you have created all content with all editors. Can you tell me how the loading times differ? Is there somewhere a comparison or an identical demo with all page builders to analyze the source code and loading times or loaded assets?

In our objective opinion, Gutenberg is the best option regarding usability and performance. But still, it is complicated to compare them, and there is no significant difference between these three builders so that you can use your preferred one instead.

Hi there, my lovely team! I hope your team is doing well. The project I’m working on requires me to use the Hivepress-io theme with add-ons (it’s a directory project for book editors). Here comes the challenge for me: for this project, I must add WooCommerce support. Hivepress isn’t optimized for Woocommerce, so here’s my suggestion: Can I use the Wood mart theme with Hivepress? I intend to import the Woodmart shop, incorporating all necessary plugins, and after successful import, transition to the Hivepress theme, as the theme is essential for utilizing the full functionality of the listing. Would it be possible to achieve that scenario?

My support expired, however i find this could be a bug that the url included “category” domain.com/category/news, and it should be domain.com/news
This URL is formed by WordPress and our theme doesn’t influence it. You can check your permalinks structure settings in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.
