We get support information from Envato, and Envato marked that ticket as “support expired”. So, that ticket was submitted before the support period was renewed, and it was closed. Your client will send a new ticket. If the support has been renewed as you mentioned, Envato will send that ticket to us with a ‘verified support’ label, so it will be processed immediately. “There is need” to ask again and submit a new ticket since Envato’s system works this way.

The ticket is still open. We send you today again a message to check the issue.

Flatsome need change something like technology. Something seems standard and need use plugins or codes for make modern product pages. then need change mind

hi, there seems to be conflicts between the latest version of flatsome and some yith plugins (ex. Yith product addon). the plugins are working well with other themes, so the issue is specific to flatsome. can you check out what is going on? really need this plugins and dont want to change to another theme unless i have to

Hi. Our client created an ticket last friday via your contact form with an simple question and its still open: 182312. It seems that since the last update, the “Scroll to” function no longer works for desktop devices (it still works for the mobile display)?!

The latest version of Firefox has changed something about anchor links. Our developers are working on it.

Hello, we have a problem on our Flatsome theme. On checkout, the shipping address doesn’t appear. So user can’t choose shipping address, can only choose billing address. The problem is solved by deactivating the theme and reactivating it. We really don’t know what is the issue. This is specific about flatsome, and other themes don’t have this issue. Any idea?

Please ensure that the “Force shipping to the customer billing address” option is not selected in “WooCommerce>Settings>Shipping>Shipping Settings -> Shipping destination”.

There is a bug problem with the “Single Page Navigation DEMO” which is also affecting all my websites using this theme. Check the demo to confirm. It does NOT work on Firefox desktop. I tested Safari, Edge, Chrome, & Firefox both on mobile and desktop BUT Firefox desktop is the only that is NOT working. The problem is that does not go to the section clicked, is either misaligned or goes beyond the ID section.

No it does not work fine. In Firefox which is the only browser with the issue when you click on BANNER 2 it goes to BANNER 3, and when you click BANNER 3 it goes well beyond that point. In other browsers this problem does not happens, and I am using no cache or cookies as I am testing on incognito/private window. I can post a video on the ticket

Here is the video, see what happens on Firefox, on the top left corner you see the browser used to test. On Firefox when you click BANNER 2 it goes to 3, and when you click BANNER 3 it goes to 4. Al the other browsers work and behave normally except Firefox.

There is no such built-in feature. It can only be done via custom coding.

Hello, I have encountered an issue related to the mini cart’s upsell items. When a logged-in user adds items to the cart, the recommended upsell products appear correctly in the mini cart. However, for guests (not logged in), the upsell items still appear but with incorrect CSS?, making them look worse compared to the logged-in view. The issue persists even after clearing the cache and disabling custom CSS. Could you please check this and provide guidance? Let me know if you need any further details.

If a frontend feature displays differently for logged-in versus non-logged-in users, this is typically a caching-related issue.

Presale question: We wanna purchase your theme and use it with the mostly used waitlist plugin for back in stock: yith waitlist plugin. But we read in a lot of group posts that yith plugins like waitlist will not work with your theme -> The option form to subscribe the back in stock message will not shown out of the box. Do you plan to support this plugin out of the box soon without any snippes? We testing it with elementor themes and it works great. What about yith waitlist plugin with your theme?

Second question: Your theme still not have thirdparty addons/plugins to extend the pagebuilder, right? So how to make elements visible based on complex rule logic and create dynamic text based on rules? For elementor for example we can use corocblock jetengine that will deliver us very powerfully grid builder with very compley logic rule builder and macro editor. Also for dynamic data and dynamic visibility rules. We checked your guides that contains only simple and basic options. Any thirdparty integration for flatsome on earth to do something like this?

There is only one comment in our Facebook group about Yith Waitlist and Flatsome compatibility. We haven’t received any complaints about incompatibility so far. As you can see in the screenshots below, there are no frontend issues. Generally, the Yith development team contacts us when serious compatibility issues exist with Yith plugins.

Hello. Its not working with yith, tested with latest theme version on fresh installed wordpress. Also yith support confirmed: It shoud work, but we have an theme issue. We wrote you an support ticket. Next question: Why you adding again new pagebuilder? Supablox have absolute no thirdparty eco system: no plugins, no themes and if you check the functions which are possible: Nothing special, no rocket science in it. You have 250.000 sales on themeforst, but there is no option to handle dynamic visbility rules like in jetengine for example? This are basic of modern websites in bigger/more complex projects and we do not wanna add custom code units only for basics which we can do via plugins in other pagebuilder like elem… So my question is: Do you plan to improve the deep dive options in the pagebuilder soon? Or you will share options like this in supablox theme builder? And what about form builder in suplabox or currently UX builder? Also not possible? Last but not least: Why you do not integrate wide range pagebuilder with a lot of thirdparty plugins to give customers many more options? This theme is since 2013 under dev process and you have +250.000 happy clients, but we still stuck in the most simple needs and basics which we can do in other pagebuilder like 8 years before in elem…. Do you plan to make an bigger step with another pagebuilder or you will stay to your product philosophy? We are vip wordpress agency and need to understand this to chose our solutions for the next projects which are bigger and located at enterprise leve.

(domain is same) Now I am trying to activate the theme but its saying this code is already been used. Is there a way to make the UX Builder’s Products element exclude products by tag? I know it can include products by tag, but is there a way to make the filter into an “exclude by tag” feature?

It’s hard-coded in the theme, and it isn’t possible without changing the core files. But you can submit a feature request here for it. It will be included in our developer’s to-do list if it reaches enough rates.
