How I deactivate a license that already registered. The old domain is no more exists.

You should actually be able to unregister the license easily by going to your my.avada.com dashboard in this case actually, go there and click on the unlink button which should free the license and it can then be used anywhere else you want.

Registration/License became unregistered after setting up a staging site. Removed the staging site, and site is still unregistered/won’t receive updates. You’d think in 2025 they would account for staging sites. Won’t buy from this author again.

The staging site are surely accounted for, make sure your staging URL follows the required URL structure in this case.

Amazing theme

Thank you :)

After installing the plug-ins that come with the theme my CPU usage goes to 400% and all the websites on my server come crashing down and become unresponsive, can’t even connect to SSH I need to do a hard reboot of the server and then quickly open the terminal and disable the website. Tried on PHP 8.4, 8.2 and 8.1. I’m not sure how exactly to diagnose and fix an issue like this.

I’m using nginx and MariaDB both are updated to the latest.

Enquiry for Product theme registration needs API key from Theme forest.

I have purchased Avada theme from Theme forest. I got purchased key from Avada. But for the register the product to get updates for theme it’s asking for the API key. I have checked that needs to generate under Theme forest account setting. But When I check in my account there is not any option available for this.

The API key is not required anymore for Avada to update or work, it does appear that you have somehow a very older version of Avada running, kindly update towards our latest version that is 7.11.4 so you can register using our purchase code only.

I have a problem with my licence, it was used on an old wordpress, I updated it and now it ask me to paste again the licence code. I got an error message saying it’s already in use. When loggin in ‘MyAvada’ I have no licence, when connecting it to my Envato account it says the licence cannot be connected.

Therefore I cannot create a ticket on Avada Theme support. What’s happening… Can you please RESET my licence connected to this Envato account ?

You should actually be able to do that easily yourself from your my.avada.com dashboard, it provides you an option to change and reset the license easily.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account, Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Do you guys have any demo for digital product downloads where one can download a product after buying it. And is there an option available to offer monthly subscriptions for downloading the digital products?

Avada does support WoocCommerce and it has an option avialable for digital products download as well, you should be able to see some examples below.

Regarding the subscription based products, that will require you to use some 3rd party plugin that can offer such functionality.

Hi, I have 3 licenses, one of them is under used in a staging website that no longer exists, but I cannot recover that license. I cannot contact via support because it’s expired and I’m not gonna extend it for this reason, so please let me know how to fix this please.

You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing your theme and had a quick question.

I want to build a business website just like Avada Factory and additionally showcase our wide range of products in a separate Products page but without the ecommerce functionality (no pricing, no add to cart, and no checkout).

Would this be possible within your theme?

Definitely possible to do that, we are glad to hear that you are interested in Avada, so basically what you can do is use Post cards and with them you have the complete freedom as to how you want to show those products.

Not sure if it is a bug or not…

When selecting a Category in the Events Element, it doesn’t follow the selection..

Not matter which category you pick, it always starts to show from the first category in the list

Hey Guys,

Avada’s Privacy Embeds does not work with The Events Calendar (Legacy and Modern versions).

Specifically, the Google Maps are blocked (i.e., grayed out) but the typical message “For privacy reasons…” and the “I Accept” button are not displayed.

I reported this to Team Avada via your online form. No answer yet. This has been happening for several years, but decided to report it now given our company’s need to use the feature at this time.

Since Avada and The Events Calendar collaborate with each other, thought I’d bring this up to your attention.

It would be great if you can confirm replication of this finding, and provide a fix.

Useful Tips for Your Fix:

1. The Events Calendar inserts Google Maps in many of its native pages (i.e., slugs) such as: /event, /events, /events-archive, and /venue. Please ensure your fix applies to all of these slugs (and all other applicable ones not mentioned here).

2. Time permitting, please ensure the Avada styling for Google Maps can also be applied to the Google Maps displayed (embedded) by The Events Calendar. At this point, it’s not working either.

I am reaching out regarding the Fusion Builder plugin, which I understand is a part of the Avada | Website Builder for WordPress & eCommerce theme. I recently received a notice from WP Engine about a potential vulnerability in the version of the Fusion Builder plugin currently in use.

I am looking for guidance on how to update only the Fusion Builder plugin without updating the entire Avada theme. Updating the entire theme may affect the stability and functionality of my website. Could you please advise on the best approach to update just the Fusion Builder plugin?

below are the current versions of the Fusion builder/avada builder The swiss2700 is running version 3.7.1. The innovia is running version 3.11.9.

Additionally, I would like to test the theme locally using the paid version of Avada. Could you please let me know how I can achieve this? Specifically, I would like to understand the process for setting up and activating the Avada theme on a local environment for testing purposes.

We strongly recommend you to keep your Avada as well as our required plugin(s) such as Avada Core and Avada Builder updated, also it is not possible to actually update only Avada Core and Avada Buider and not update Avada only as this will cause compatibility issues.

Dear AVADA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Avada theme starting from WordPress version 6.7 and higher.

The problem occurs when editing a page or post in the backend. Specifically, when I modify a text block element that contains a paragraph, an empty space is inserted before the text.

Upon inspecting the element using Chrome’s developer tools, I found that the following code is being added:

br span data-mce-type=”bookmark” style=”display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;” class=”” data-mce-style=”display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;”> Interestingly, if I switch from the visual mode to the text mode and then back to the visual mode, the issue temporarily resolves. However, once I update the page, the problem reappears.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an issue with the WordPress cassic editor, however that space should not come up on the frontend at all, you can always use our frontend (Live) builder in this case as well to make sure that there is no space visible there.

Hello,

The issue wasn’t related to the classic WordPress editor. The customer edits pages and posts using Fusion Builder. The empty space, caused by a “br” tag with an additional “span” tag, shows up when editing a text block in Fusion Builder.

Even though the “span” and “br” tags aren’t visible to the customer, they cause problems when copying and pasting text to update the content.

I fixed it by downgrading WordPress from version 6.7.1 to 6.6.2.

how to make a slider / carousel with text or a content box that slides (and not images or videos). Avada’s Slider tool only allows you to scroll images or videos, not text.
