Video on the Homepage of the Theme

No reply again, for two more days…I’m going to request a refund since there is no real support for this theme. Shameful, because it is a good theme, but waiting for a week for a simple support reply is really bad.

After upgrading to WooCommerce version 9.7.1 it displays the following: Your theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Running Flatsome version: 3.19.11
Please check the child theme folder to see if there are any customized template files and update them manually.

The UX Builder Products List element didn’t have an “Advanced” section like the other UX Builder elements. It has been added with v3.19.10.

Discovered a bug with the Avalara sales tax plugin and flatsome. Do I need a support contract to submit this bug?
We haven’t tested that plugin yet. We can only guarantee compatibility with the bundled plugins, official WooCommerce extensions, and commonly used plugins like Yoast SEO, WP Rocket, etc.
We recommend contacting the plugin author or a professional for compatibility issues with other plugins. Due to the Envato Support Policy, this is outside our support scope.

is it possible to change the Table and Mobile Responsive Width? eg.. evoke tablet view at max width 1200px
Breakpoints are hard-coded in the theme, so it’s not possible to change them for now.

Hi, I’m using Flatsome, but my checkout page looks different from the one on the demo websites (https://demos.flatsome.com/checkout/), even after deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce.
Why doesn’t it look as clean and minimalist out of the box? Was a significant amount of CSS tweaking done on the demo to achieve that design?

Flatsome hasn’t been translated into Indonesian yet. However, you can translate it yourself using the Loco Translate plugin.

You can use your license on one public domain, three staging domains, and five local installations simultaneously, as long as they fit one of the patterns specified in this guide.
Due to Envato’s license policy, you can use one license on one public domain at a time. You must purchase an additional license for each domain.

WooCommerce now has built in support for Brands classification, in addition to Categories. On your Demo Site, I couldn’t see any demos of a store that shows Brands in addition to product Categories. Could you point me to a good demo of this? I think I found a store that is using this but was love to see more example integrations of this. Thanks!

Hi, I created a portfolio with a lot of images. I created 2 categories for filter. Is it possible to have pagination? For example to show only 20 photos (page 1)?

Portfolio filters use Isotope, so adding pagination doesn’t seem possible. However, I forwarded your request to our developer team anyway.
Hi Flatsome team, I have something strange. I don’t know how long it has been but my text domain is the same for child theme than the them. All my custom code use this text domain ‘flatsome-child’ some translation seem to work despite ‘flatsome’ is display for both flatsome. Indeed I have a error message in loco “Erreur : Translation set not known in Flatsome Child” related to flatsome-child.pot
Can you check on your install because in my case I have the same issue on 2 similar Flatsome website.
This is not related to Flatsome. Parent and child themes should use different text domains to avoid translation conflicts. You can try these:
- Enter the text domain to the child theme style.css file
Text Domain: flatsome-child - Create a subfolder “languages” into the child theme root folder
- Add this snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:
function flatsome_child_theme_setup() { load_child_theme_textdomain('flatsome-child', get_stylesheet_directory() . '/languages'); } add_action('after_setup_theme', 'flatsome_child_theme_setup'); - Regenerate the .pot file in Loco Translate

Hi, since last update other problem with the WooCommerce Product Gallery images is that the images look incomplete (as if they were cropped in different ratios) and in different sizes (mostly smaller).
The problem vary on different browsers, for example on Waterfox just the first image of the gallery shows and in my case of 500px x 20px instead of 600px x 600px. On Chrome all images of the gallery are present but cropped and smaller, and so on.
Of course they were showing perfectly on all browsers before the update.

Since updating to version 3.19.10 of flatsome, the image gallery on the WooCommerce product page no longer scrolls properly. The scrolling breaks and does not display all slides as expected.
