Unfortunately, I am not satisfied at the moment. After installing a clean WordPress, uploading a theme and importing a template with all elements, I see an error with some parts of menu(mobile logo with classic, light and dark push down menu btn(no display none for not used), and mobile menu is not showing – js issue. Need to resize screen to run JS to change height of menu). I cannot contact support because every time I click the “Submit a request” button, an error pops up: Connection timed out. Error 522. I’m still waiting to contact support 
I finally managed to activate the account, but now the license, which is an hour old, in the form shows the error “The purchase code is invalid” and I understand that it was supposed to be the code from the PDF from the “Item Purchase Code” section

When submitting a ticket please make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code and make sure there is no empty space before or after the purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Thank you for your response. I understand the process, but I’ve been disappointed with the delay in support. After carefully checking reviews that mentioned fast support, my experience has unfortunately been different. Caution! On the Swipe Slider Page, it is not possible to tune the logo height if you have selected the logo source as “Image” instead of “Text”. I have read the article “How To Set The Logo Height”, but it does not help. It is generally not possible to set the logo height as an image. Menu Area Style on the Swipe Slider page is preset to 100px and the logo area is fixed to max. 70 px. It just looks so bad.
Even with demo content with the Wilmër logo as an image, the same result is achieved. How is this possible? Such a simple feature. Who uses a logo as text these days?

I extended my support buy purchasing support for another 6 months However it still doesn’t let me submit a ticket due to support having finished for my purchase code.
After updating the theme this issue has occurred. I think The issue is with WIlmer Core Plugin. When activated most of the pages work but the main home mage does not, and neither does 2 of the service pages. when you turn it off nothing works.

Hi guys, could you please update your theme? We just updated to the latest Wordpress and the latest WPML and now it rocks one 500 Error after another. We have disabled all plugins, same effect. Then we switched to another theme and voila, Wordpress works again. Error occurs when we activate Wilmer Core again.
Adding some more info. Had PHP 8.2, switched to 8.0 and then to 7.4. Activating one plugin after another, no problems. When activating Wilmer Core Error 500. And just disabling it, does not work.

The version of Wilmer Core is 2.4.2 We tried with PHP 7.4, 8.0 and 8.2 – nothing works. If we activate the plugin, Error 500. Then we need to deactivate all Plugins, change to another theme and switch back to Wilmer Theme. The only Plugins activated right now are Elementor, Revolution Slider and WPML – some kind of an emergency website right now.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the css references in your documentation. Otherwise, it appears that you are trying to sell a theme under the guise that all settings can be edited through Elementor or Bakery, when they cannot. Changing fonts and colors are VERY basic design elements that need to be easily accessed through the design tools dashboard. Forcing web editors into CSS manipulation is not ideal for most front-end WordPress designers. Buyer beware.
