I’m using the Arkhitekton – Modern Architecture and Interior Design WordPress Theme, and while importing the demo, everything else imports correctly except the media images.

Ever since we have updated the Arkhitekton theme and Neuron core plugin to the latest versions (1.3.7 and 1.3.2) our projects page is not working.

When you click on projects on the main menu we get a 404 error. The same for each project page.

Please can you tell me how to get them working again. We purchased the theme March 2021 and have not has any issues until now.

We have emailed you on info@neuronthemes.com twice now and still no reply. Please can someone at least answer the emails.

Hi there, seems to be an issue with latest update. My menu and footer completely disappeared and just stopped showing. Updated the theme and neuron app (deleted and reinstalled). Be great to understand a fix as some other people seem to have issue maybe?

Hi, I have my wordpress with envato market plugin and tokens activated but the Neuron Core plugin does not show latest update and I can’t download it to avoid the Elementor conflict. I’ve downloaded manually the theme and inside there isn’t the Neuron Core plugin, how can we get it? It’s not right to not to have on the full download the core plugin.

FOLLOWING UP: Neuron Core plugin is causing the Elementor editor to be stuck spinning when editing a pages module details. I’ve temporarily disables the Neuron Core plugin to identify it was the cause because the Elementor editor works properly when that plugin is off ( however the theme layouts are messed up with the Neuron Core plugin deactivated ). – I have emailed your team 3 times and have not heard back on this issue.

I have a few questions. I wanted to open a ticket but I have to write here because it does not accept the license key, I am very sorry.

1. I used the theme on one of my sites before, but that site is no longer active, the data has been deleted. Now I want to use it again for my same brand, but when I want to open a ticket, it shows the attached license problem. How can I fix this?

2. I downloaded the updated theme files. I am trying to set up my site, but one click import data gives me a problem. When I do one click import data, the layouts load properly but the images are not loaded. I had the system requirements checked by the hosting provider. They did what they needed. They said they did all the values as they should.

Can you help me.

As per this website; there is an update released on 14th February 2025.

Even after a week the update hasn’t turned up on my dashboard.

I’ve the latest Envato Market plugin and usually the update shows on my dashboard. In this scenario how do I get the latest update? I believe none of the users received the update.

I even tried contacting theme forest as it could be a technical issue from their end; I did not get a response either.

It looks like the theme and neuron core is due for another update.

The site is getting messed with the new Elementor Core 3.25 and 3.25.1; especially in mobile view.

Rolling back the version solves the issue.

I recently updated my website, and after the latest Elementor update, I noticed that the theme I purchased has stopped functioning correctly. Specifically, it seems that the Neuron Code plugin is incompatible with the new version of Elementor, causing issues with the design and functionality of the site.

I have checked the available options on the ThemeForest repository and see that only version 1.2.8 of the theme is available, which does not appear to be fully adapted to this new update.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a solution or an update to ensure full compatibility of the theme with Elementor, as I am currently facing serious difficulties in maintaining the optimal performance of my website.

Hi, I purchased this beautiful theme 4 years ago, but now I’m still using it today to edit a new website.

I downloaded the updated theme version, but I can’t update the Neuron Core plugin to version 1.3, (I currently have version 1.2.8 which keeps giving me errors)​.

How can I solve it? I renew support for the theme.

Does it support the Arabic language?

Does it support elementor 2.23.4?

Hi, neuron_support! Nice theme, but as the others I have the same issues with the theme. It’s impossible to run the theme, because of some long-long-long error after I try to install the demo content and the header templates. I’m getting a conflict between elementor and Neuron core. You wrote above that we have to use the latest version of the theme and the neuron core plugin whitch must be inside package, but you’ve putted there version 1.2.8 of the core plugin. There is no way to have the new version 1.3.0. How can we solve this problem if the issue is in the core? Where can we download from? Will you upload an update with the right version of the core inside?

I’m unable to install the newest Neuron Core. It keeps defaulting to 1.2.8 even on a fresh wordpress install. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
