Having a brain fart over something so simple: Why would the dashboard show as the homepage when I’m logged out instead of the login page? The url shows mydomain.com and not mydomain.com/login. If I type mydomain.com/wp-admin then the mydomain.com/login page appears. Custom login option is set to On, the login page is selected. I don’t know what happened. Any responses appreciated.

Dear Woffice Support Team,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with assigning members to projects in the Woffice Project Management module. After updating to the latest version of the Woffice theme and Woffice Core plugin, the “Project Members” field no longer works as expected.
When I select and add users to a project and then click Update, the members are not saved — the field remains empty after the page reloads. I have confirmed the following steps:
The theme and all related Woffice plugins are fully updated.
BuddyPress components (Profiles, Messaging, Account Settings) are active.
User roles and permissions are correctly set under Woffice → Settings → Permissions.
Caching plugins (e.g., LiteSpeed) have been disabled during testing.
Even when logged in as an Administrator, the issue persists.
I also tested on multiple browsers and with the “Only author can edit” option both enabled and disabled, but the problem remains.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? It appears the project member selection is not saving to the database after the update.

In this case, I have tested the demo login, and the credentials that we provide are actually valid. Kindly try logging in while in incognito mode. Also, ensure that you are not adding extra characters or spacing to the credentials.

Blowing the dust off the project using this theme and in checking the documentation notice that it’s from 2023 and doesn’t seem to reflect recent changes to the theme. For instance, I’m trying to determine if I still the Unyson plugin. Which Event plugin do I use to match that in the demo as the documentation says Dp Pro Event replaced EventOn but it also states: “Woffice comes with its own Event calendar extension. Which aims to replace the Dp Pro Event Calendar and EventON.”. When I check the extensions via Unyson I don’t see the Events extension nor do I have a dropdown in the admin dashboard as depicted in the documentation: https://docs.woffice.io/woffice-event-extension/. At this point I’m seeking clarity and not support so no need to renew the support at the moment. Any responses appreciated.

1. Our latest theme versions no longer require the Unyson plugin. Please ensure that your theme is updated.

With respect to your question here, you do not need to sign up to our site in order to purchase a product. Upon purchasing a product within the site, an account using the Email and data you submitted during checkout will automatically be created. You can safely ignore the Login section on checkout. This is not required to users who are carrying out their first purchase or do not have an account.

I was referring to the login to your demo.
It havd a demo user and password which once entered, it returned a message that no more (don’t remember what is was) could not be created.
It works now but only if I use demo/demo and not the credentials created with the form.

I recently purchased and installed the Woffice theme, and while importing the demo content, I encountered multiple warnings like these:

What is causing these import issues? Is there something missing or misconfigured on my site that prevents the complete demo import?
Are additional plugin purchases required? I want to replicate the demo site as shown in your showcase. Am I required to buy any premium add-ons separately to make everything work correctly?

Hello. I have 3 licenses for your theme. Imagine my surprise, although I shouldn’t be, that for me to get your latest version, I have to pay an extra 59.00 on your website to get it. So, basically what I was told at ThemeForest doesn’t hold much value. I must admit, this one should go to the hall of fame of sales gimmicks!!

I understand that BuddyBoss is a fork of BuddyPress and bbPress, and that BuddyBoss developers highly motivated to make it work well with anything BuddyPress integrated.

In regards to your question here, I’m afraid the theme primarily supports BuddyPress at the moment. There are currently no official compatibility tests of the theme with the BuddyBoss platform. I have also not come across buyers using the theme with BuddyBoss.

Ok question. Trying to install this theme fresh. Downloaded the theme 5.4.18 and downloaded all the plugins. First plugin I activate Buddy Press causes a critical error and crashes the theme.

Have not renewed support yet but will be happy to. We are on the legacy version of Woffice since before the theme was taken over by the new devs. Is the new version a striaght upgrade with no issues now?

In regards to your question here, the upgrade process itself should work with no issues. However, in your case here, you will be migrating to a major update of the theme. You will hence have numerous changes on the site and you may also need to redesign some of your site sections.
