Hello, I am back to your theme after a few years, I am wondering if you managed to fix something that was not possible some years ago. I have a multilingual site. I would like to place some menu links in the “Overlay Details” section of the hamburger menu. Is it possible to do so ? I only see “html allowed”. Thanks a lot

For some reason my mobile/hamburger menu doesn’t want to open. Clicking on the menu button, nothing happens. It simply doesn’t open. Inspecting the code it seems like the menu is not even there at all, even though I’ve a menu created in Wordpress and I’ve set everything up correctly in your theme settings. I even tried playing around with choosing a different menu, setting it sticky vs non sticky etc, but I keep getting the same results. I don’t know if users had similar issues since the last few updates. Any idea what it could be and how I can resolve this issue.

Unfortunately my support is expired but this is is quite mayor and I don’t know if it’s my owm fault or a theme issue itself. The website has not a lot of crazy customisations or plugins etc. It’s quite lightweight.

These elements appeared correctly under the header until now, but since the last update, the category description no longer appears. Also, in the main menu, there’s the Elementor shortcode that now appears in the Collections/Artwork section. Hi, I just installed Ohio again and had an issue with 2023 demo, so to check I installed it to my spare domain and it had the same issue. When I import, it imports the entire demo with no issues. All pages are working except Demo: Landing 2023. Other pages works while when i click this page it gives “There has been a critical error on this website.” Is this mean 2023 Demo is gone for good ?

Hi suppor team, it seems like there is an issue with the file “recent-projects-widget.php” (on ohio-extra/elementor/widgets directory). We have a fatal error with the latest version of the theme and elementor plugin, with the line ”’scheme’ => \Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography::TYPOGRAPHY_1,”. We needed to comment these lines (2 lines on the file) in order to have our website back. Could you please see for that issue ? Thanks for your support.

I love your theme—it’s easy to use, and the regular updates are great!

I have a small question regarding your Elementor module “Dynamic Text.” I would like to modify it so that when the module is not visible, the dynamic text stops.

Currently, the issue is that as I scroll down my site, the scrolling text (depending on its length) causes the entire page content to shift up or down. This disrupts the reading experience, which can be quite frustrating.

Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

I have installed a new updated theme with reinstallation. I have also imported demo and selected demo2 as the home page and its opening in the front end. but when I click on edit with elimentor tan I’m getting “404. Nothing here”. Can you help me how to solve this issue?
