Our system works fine, however there’s a known issue that affects all Envato users today. Due to a malfunction in Envato’s API, the activation process is currently unavailable.
Hoping the Envato Team is working hard to fix the issue and make the activation process available soon.

You just asked about product photos lazy loading, not the archive items. Anyway, lazy loading pagination could be disabled or changed to a default one in the Theme Settings > Shop > Pagination.

There is an old bug when using elementor and ohio together in blog posts. When editing a post with elementor, if you use more than one section it will create uneven spacings between h2,h3,h4,h5,h6 and the best bellow it.

after the latest updates we have a conflict between the ohio extra plugin and the elementor plugin that does not allow the loading of widgets. Using wp-backery the error does not appear. Checking with the goole console it seems that it is a conflict in the js asset that generates this error:

The website is already set up and working. I have also imported demo content into it several times. Currently, it is set to ‘coming soon’ because I wanted to set up some demo content, but it isn’t offering me that option. We see from your screenshot that you have an outdated interface of the theme settings. That means that you should get the latest versions of Ohio theme, Ohio Extra, and Ohio Importer plugins to have an option to install all the demo templates.
Can you specify which version of the mentioned plugins you are running on your WP installation?

Hello, is it possible to set (on mobile) the “You may also like” or “Related productos” sections on product page to appear as a CAROUSEL?
This allows for easier navigation and finger swiping, a better user experience. Since being in GRID format, it takes up more space on the screen when more than 4 visible products are required.

Since I updated the theme to the latest version, I’ve been having an issue with Elementor — the option to adjust the container width no longer works. Elementor Pro is up to date (3.28.1), as well as all the plugins used. I’ve also updated all the Ohio theme files (Extras, ACF, ...).
I deactivated all the plugins to check if any of them were causing the issue, but I didn’t find anything.
I switched to a default WordPress theme, and the option worked again with no issues. So, I deduce that the problem comes from the Ohio theme.
I don’t have this issue with the other websites I manage.

I just noticed that the sidebar on posts also doesn’t sit on the right side of the page, but below the post. From your WordPress dashboard navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS & JS and use the code below:

Hi guys! Pre-sale question. I’ve seen your nice theme on a website made by a freelancer. I’m planning to buy it for myself so I asked some questions to the freelancer.
He said the blog posts archives inserted with WPBakery editor shortcode do not allow to offset posts. So when you have differents posts archives on the same page, same posts are displayed twice. He kindly showed me his dashboard and this behaviour.
Question is : On the same page, is it possible to offset one or more posts using your WPBakery button or do you have a workaround? Posts offset will be mandatory for the project I plan the buy your theme for.

If you want to place a few blog post shortcodes or widgets with different posts on a single page you can sort them out by various categories. Also, there’s an option to set a maximum amount of posts to be outputted in a single shortcode or widget.

Dear colabrio,
For some reason my mobile/hamburger menu doesn’t want to open. Clicking on the menu button, nothing happens. It simply doesn’t open. Inspecting the code it seems like the menu is not even there at all, even though I’ve a menu created in Wordpress and I’ve set everything up correctly in your theme settings. I even tried playing around with choosing a different menu, setting it sticky vs non sticky etc, but I keep getting the same results. I don’t know if users had similar issues since the last few updates. Any idea what it could be and how I can resolve this issue.
Unfortunately my support is expired but this is is quite mayor and I don’t know if it’s my owm fault or a theme issue itself. The website has not a lot of crazy customisations or plugins etc. It’s quite lightweight.
