Hi, we have updated to Houzez v3.4.9 and Houzez Theme Functionality plugin to v3.4.8 – but every time we open a single property page our website gets a critical error. How do we fix this?
This is in relation to Elementor Pro conflicts
Apologies the theme is now at current version 3.4.9.1 – but the theme functionality 3.4.8 says ‘Install Now’ Required – though every time we install, then refresh the plugins page it goes back to being “Install Now”

Hi, I really need some support with this. The client is getting frustrated and as the theme functionality will not install we are uncertain what to do. You have our purchase code (purchased by M66, my developer), we’ve paid for additional support.
You need to install/update theme functionality plugin in admin panel under Appearance -> Install Plugins.
I am wondering if it is possible to adjust the search functionality to the user find properties entering the City or zip code? The map looks really good but search by city and zipcode would be the major necessity.

It was fixed, you just need to update to Houzez v3.4.9 and Houzez Theme Functionality plugin to v3.4.7

I am interested in buying this Theme. I am already paying monthly for MLS services ( ARMLS.com ). Do I still have to additionally pay the One-Time Setup and Monthly fee for the Organic IDX Sync plugin?
Is there an alternative free one-time plugin for ARMLS? They do support IDX (https://armls.com/what-is-idx).

Since this Theme is both tailored towards Homes and Rentals, my question is why does it only tailor towards a home that is “sold” as opposed to the apartment that gets “rented”?
If the apartment is rented and no longer available, it should show it as “Rented” or “Leased”, but not “Sold”

Everything looks great! However, making the header sticky on mobile devices would improve the experience for everyone using this theme.

I have noticed that the theme menu does not work properly when we browse the website on 1024×1366 [ Tablet/iPad Breakpoint 1024px ] iPad version. The menu shows fully which overlaps the content. It should show the hamburger icon instead of the full menu. Can you help me fix this?

i have purchased houzez theme, now i am unable to edit with elementor, its not loading, increased wp memory also tried by disabling plugins but still not loading
