I am interested in buying this Theme. I am already paying monthly for MLS services ( ARMLS.com ). Do I still have to additionally pay the One-Time Setup and Monthly fee for the Organic IDX Sync plugin?

Is there an alternative free one-time plugin for ARMLS? They do support IDX (https://armls.com/what-is-idx).

Since this Theme is both tailored towards Homes and Rentals, my question is why does it only tailor towards a home that is “sold” as opposed to the apartment that gets “rented”?

If the apartment is rented and no longer available, it should show it as “Rented” or “Leased”, but not “Sold” Please see the screenshot below:

I have noticed that the theme menu does not work properly when we browse the website on 1024×1366 [ Tablet/iPad Breakpoint 1024px ] iPad version. The menu shows fully which overlaps the content. It should show the hamburger icon instead of the full menu. Can you help me fix this?

Hi, i need a custom link for types mixed with status, i mean for ex: apartments for rent, and to be listed… is this possible? Another Q, maybe for a custom develop. need to have a search in two steps, for ex: first search be “rent, buy, sell” results in another page should have another step asking for “Zone” and “Gym”.

After updating the theme, my main page is showing property widget on side bar. It overlaps featured properties (carrousel), and other sections of the main page. I have updated the plugins already.
