Just wondering why all the pages on all the demo’s allow swiping horizontally? Shouldn’t it have an overflow clip or something to stop the pages breaking? Not sure if you are aware – but this image shows you what I mean (look to the right – all the pages allow right horizontal scrolling due to the off-canvas elements presumably?) —> https://i.imgur.com/F2CYMkA.png
Can you clarify as I don’t fancy adding a css rule when it could break other elements? Essentially this is what fixes it -

I’ve run all updates, but now the ui core plugin is breaking elementor, if I disable the plugin then elementor works, however the theme styling disappears. Any idea on this issue?

After the update, go to Elementor – Settings – Features, and disable Elements Caching.

Just purchased the theme and have a generic query – if I import a theme, for instance Business theme, can I then go in and add a new page and from the import option at the bottom, if I import a single page (for instance the SEO homepage only), does this then overwrite all my theme settings from the imported Corporate theme to the imported SEO page theme settings?
Or will it only affect that single page that I import…
Reason I ask, I done this yesterday and the whole site broke so I had to revert to a back-up, so not sure what happened and if this was the cause?

Just to add – is there any reason this theme would keep forcing my dedicated cloud server to exceed its limits? It is literally pushing the service up to 99% CPU & RAM – yet whenever I disable the theme, it drops back to normal.
Hello, the theme shouldn’t eat much resources, unless there’s a plugin stuck in a loop. Can you please ask for a usage log from your hosting company, so we can identify the source of the issue? Alternatively, you can disable plugins one by one and see if anything changes.
I still have the flash of icons appear when viewing both my Vault and OutGrid themed websites. Is there a fix for this?

Caching is changing the issue. Deleted the header and built a new one in Elementor pro headers – didn’t fix the issue.
The flashing icons is now a major problem! Makes my site look very unprofessional. I’ve gave you access to my site and changed the caching. Need help or I’ll have to change Themes to fix this. Really unacceptable.

Hello, out of nowhere, this message started appearing when trying to edit the pages. ¨You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.¨ All websites built with UiCore have the same issue. The permalink structure it’s ok. Please help.
Hello, this usually happens when a theme builder template is overwriting the pages. Please check the theme builder and make sure there are no archive templates set to display on the entire website.
No pagination whatsoever. There are weeks we try to understand why in blog and portfolio we have no pagination. We try to use an infinite scroll too, no way. We try installing an additional plugin to provide pagination: no way. We’re very upset. There are any solution?
Hello, please make sure you’re using the latest theme version. Then, you can set the Blog Items on Page in Theme Options – Blog, which will enable pagination if the total posts exceed this number.

I recently updated the Theme due to a critical alert for Elementor Pack Pro – and the whole site went white – couldn’t see any page or content or when live there was no site. How do I get this fixed?

I tried that and nothing happened. The site went white, but didn’t crash, though I had to recover the site through Updraft to roll it back.

Pre-Sale query – on your main demo, the whole middle section is broken – is this standard or is it just a fault your side? It’s hard to determine whether to purchase it when the actual demo is broken – as in, is the theme using 100 plugins or can we achieve most the outcomes using elementor and pro (as I have a multi-pro licence).

Hi, sorry about that, it was a caching issue, but we purged everything, and it should work fine. You might want to check in a private tab, since it’s already cached in your browser.
We only use our own plugins for core functionalities, plus Element Pack Pro for Elemetor widgets, which can be replaced with Elementor Pro.

Is there a reason why the static carousel don’t work at a certain point cause I used it even sometimes the sliders but you will find a blank page why?
Hello, this was a bug in Element Pack Pro, but it was fixed in our recent updates. Please make sure you’re using the latest theme and plugin versions, then go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS.

I’ve worked out how to add the icon as per your demo, but on your demo you have a title, and a piece of text underneath and I cant work out how that works (hence I tried to import the demo to find out)

I am experiencing two issues with the VAULT theme:
1. Support Access Issue – I have renewed my license multiple times on ThemeForest, and it shows as active in my UIcore dashboard. However, when I try to submit a support request, the system tells me that my license is expired, preventing me from accessing support. Could you please fix this issue?
2. WooCommerce Blocks Compatibility Issue – Since the latest update, my cart and checkout pages no longer load, and the console shows JavaScript errors related to WooCommerce Blocks:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘call’) Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘registerCheckoutBlock’)
> I tested disabling all plugins, reinstalling WordPress, clearing cache, and switching to Storefront (where the issue disappears), so this seems to be a theme compatibility issue.

1. Please try the following: on your my.uicore.co account, click on Synchronize List under Your ThemeForest Products. Then, go to the support system, and while on the Ask a Question page, click Crtl+Shift+R a few times to clear the caches. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to support@uicore.co and we’ll check.
2. Try recreating the WooCommerce pages: delete the existing pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout, My Account), then go to WooCommerce – Status – Tools – Create default WooCommerce pages.
