I have a problem: how do I remove this from the code?

I installed the Yoast SEO plugin and added images everywhere I could, but when I share the link via Viber and other apps, it still shows the image from your server. The wp-open-graph plugin is not working.

How can we fix this issue?

Your purchase code was already registered. However, since the website it’s registered on isn’t using Prowess theme anymore,we have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

When submitting a ticket please make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot screenshot). First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.

We are trying to update the Prowess Core plugin but it breaks some widgets on the site and displays html code instead. Can you help?

When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins, and we also recommend updating via FTP.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

One more thing you should make sure is that your purchase code is registered in Prowess Dashboard. Theme Options, Shortcodes and Custom Post Types are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

I just updated the theme to the latest version and it completely crashed my site and I need a resolution ASAP. Am I going to need to pay to renew support for this issue even though I did not cause it and it was caused by an error with the theme? See below for error:

Can you help me deregister my license since I need to use it on an updated site and where it is currently registered, my page was hijacked, so we are going to create it again on another domain.

Will you ever update this theme again? I’m using the plugin menu editor pro but with your theme active I’m not able to add/rename roles names, the update button is always greyed. I’m only able to do that if your theme is not active. Can you help?

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the next update will come out.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, please understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. Unfortunately we haven’t tested this plugin with the theme so we cannot guarantee their compatibility.

1. Yes it can, all our theme labels are translatable and you can read more about it here

2. The theme is compatible with PHP 8 however you should know that the theme will be updated as soon as possible as it is on our priority list.

3. Of course, within our theme options you do have the option to change the Typography and font styles.
