Hi, XML-RPC is a standard wordpress Protocol, it is not related to WpRentals.

after 1 months of support i can tell you that this guy doesn’t know how to solve problem about his template….the template doesn’t get sync to other excternal rental portal and the author is not even able to tell me what kind of server or hosting will be 100% compatible with his template….i tested yher template in two different hosting without success…the sync doesn’t work from the website to other portal.

There is no single “100% compatible” server—any standard hosting that meets WordPress requirements and allows scheduled tasks (like WP-Cron or server-side cron jobs) should work. You said you’ve tested on two different hosting providers without success, but our server and other clients servers work with the same theme. This strongly suggests an issue with the configuration on your end, not the theme.
The theme’s sync feature is working as expected—we’ve already proven that.

Today we will do a 2nd test and we sent you in the ticket the Property we created – we shared temp admin—we shared screenshots of the Ical data to have as backup and the ical feed.
We will wait for you to add the ical in your airbnb account and send us a screenshot of the ical (as you added it) and of the airbnb calendar (as it shows after you added ical)
We will add a 2nd booking and wait for Airbnb to run the cron sync and check again the ical and the calenda after cron runs

If the owner cancels a booking, what happens to the payment? Is there a feature for processing a refund?
Hello. Thank you for the message. The WPRentals theme does not support processing refunds directly through the theme. Payments are sent to the admin, but there is no theme refund process.
Any refund would need to be done by site admin – and it would not reflect in invoices that exist as it would be handled outside of the theme.

In the WPRentals theme, it is not possible to directly edit an existing booking made through the calendar. If a guest wants to change their booking dates, the current booking must be deleted, and a new booking needs to be created.
If you need to modify a booking, you can follow these steps:
1. Cancel the Existing Booking: The owner can cancel confirmed bookings. This can be done through the booking management section. 2. Create a New Booking: After canceling the existing booking, you can create a new booking with the desired date as owner (or user can resend the booking)

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing a license, but searching online, I found a bug with the theme photos that aren’t deleted. I personally checked it, and it’s true that when you delete all the photos and refresh the page, they all appear.

Hello, Thank you for the comment. I am not sure where this information is coming from online. We check all reports coming in our support.wpestate.org system and there is no known issue with delete. I can explain how it works, maybe it is connected to how it works.The images can be deleted in front end, but you need at least 1 to have a featured image for the listing (it is used in lists, and it is needed). If in your account you deleted ALL images, it may be related to the fact that the image needs at least 1 image and we do not choose what image, the client needs to leave at least 1 in the listing. If you wish to remove the listing entirely, it can be deleted too. If you wish to test this scenario in your paphos example – let me know what listing you added and I will test. I confirm it is working like this as I just tested with a published property, but I can help check your listing. I will add to our list to check if all images can be removed in edit listing and not need at least 1 image. We will look into this for next version. Thank you

If you have users separation enabled https://prnt.sc/WZrJpoAzFwOH but users are crated by WooCommerce in instant booking checkout form – they are registered as Owners.
If you have an older theme version – the Owners would be subscribers with the possibility to rent and book properties for the WooCommerce scenario

Hi, You would need to filter in database the messages connected to a specific username and delete them, but you will to do that with hosting support perhaps, as deleting from database is sensitive.

The theme has standard wordpress database structure – but you need to know how to manage wordpress database to filter the information you need. I have never tried to delete inbox messages from a specific user myself, I cannot guide you.
Maybe development team can give some directions, but I do not know if they can provide you exactly a step by step.

Hello My client want to set this in booking system. Any booking can be done for future not any booking possible from past hours.

WpRentals theme cannot force user to book like this
How it works – If the date in the future is available (no matter if it is in one hour from current time, or more) – a booking request can be sent as long as the calendar is available.
Admin can manually control booking requests and approve a booking request manually if he wants to, but we cannot automatically enforce if a booking can be sent or not based on what time of day the booking request is sent.

But Default We need to add this functionality So anyone booking can book only future time like if now 10 AM my booking minimum after 4 hours so, Booking time shows from 2PM after.

Hello. Thank you for the message. WpRentals does not have support to edit a confirmed booking. User would need to ask owner for a booking to be cancelled and then it needs to be redone (either by owner as manual booking or by renter from his account)
You said the client wants to “create” -> which may mean the client needs to custom develop this feature. I am afraid we do not have directions for this type of functionality so we could not help with directions to make this change.
We have on wishlit the request, but at the moment we have not determined if this request will be added to the future version of WPRentals theme.

Also, if that’s possible.. can the homeowner who’s listing their property and the the Home Sitter both have to pay to join a membership instead of paying on an as needed basis in order to use the platform?

I have a client who will be renting an excursion boat and 5 inflatable boats.
The excursion boat will operate scheduled daily trips with a capacity of 25 people, meaning it has predetermined departure and return times. Customers will only be able to select the day of the booking, without the option to choose a specific time.
In contrast, the inflatable boat can be rented multiple times per day — for example, one couple could rent it in the morning (from 10:00 to 13:00) and another couple in the afternoon (from 15:00 to 17:00).
I would like you to confirm if the specific theme and booking system you offer can accommodate these scenarios.

Hello Thomas, Thank you for the message. This type of booking system is NOT supported by our theme and you would not be able to use it. You would need a theme that lets you rent experiences, and WpRentals does not support that. Thank you and good luck

The reviews are comments, but they are not controlled from WordPress comments. They are just saved like comments. The reviews are automatically published when added -
