Hello. I wanted to install this theme again after using Astra for a while. It did not work at all. There was no installation wizard loading, it was not possible to import demo content, and the theme just fcked up my whole site making it super slow and no content. Is it not possible to start over after you used it before? There must be a lot of old databases from this theme that mess up everything. Is it not possible to get help to install, even tho i have purchased the theme? Or does the theme only work if you pay for support?

No, start theme installation from scratch. Appearantly i need to remove all the old databases for this theme to work again? I need ofcourse to keep all my content, it is a web shop.
You can install it on your website and it will not remove all the content. But our prebuilt websites may conflict with your current content and not look exactly as on our demo.
Not sure if you dont understand or wont understand… Ofcourse i can install it like any other theme. And ofcourse a new theme wont look the same. But as said in original post, when i installed it, it would not start the “normal” wizard for your theme, so i was not able to import the demo content and also had to manually add the child theme. And after installing your theme my page went suuuuper slow, i mean as slow as it did not load at all! Barely some boxes loaded with limited content, and also backend/wp-admin was super slow. So my question is how can i use this theme i already paid for?
Could you please test how it works with the default theme? If it is faster with the default theme, please send us your admin access so we can check. Also keep all plugins temporarily turned off.
This is a live web shop, so ofcourse it all works with the default theme and Astra as we use it now. You ask if its faster with the default theme…. Why dont you read and understand my question? When i installed your theme again, it could barely load any content at all. After 10 minutes it had loaded maybe 1/10 of the content in 1 box. And there is no way to add the demo content to make your theme look like it should. I have no other contact info to you than this thread here, i do not put admin login here..
It’s difficult to understand the issue from your words. To help you, we need to see your website and reproduce the problem. You can always reach us via the contact form on ThemeForest or our website.
I understand you dont care. Its a live web shop, so i can not have a theme not working on the site awaiting someone to maybe look at it sometime..
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Normal themes just work..

Hi, to me, the Cookie Law feature is not compliant with EU regulations. Maybe it’s for some other regulations but not for Eu
- Cookie categories enable/disable feature is missing
- Acceptance log is missing (ip and date and what choices)
- Modify choices feature is missing.

Yes, there are no such options in our theme. If you need advanced control on the cookies used on your website (that come with installed plugins and not with the theme only), you need to use an extra plugin. Our theme is compatible with all popular plugins for this purpose.

This banner seems not to be related to our theme. Most likely it comes with some of the installed plugins or virus onur website.

You can uninstall the Loco translate plugin after creating the translation.
Anybody knows if it is possible to put the description where the excerpt is shown? Some plugins only perform actions on the long description ignoring the excerpt. I see it’s possible to show the excerpt under the title, but description is “buried” under tabs. A lot below the fold

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

It may depend on other factors as well. In some cases, Elementor can be faster and in others – Gutenberg. But anyway, there is no big difference.

Fixed it by enabling Debug, finding out the bad plugin, and then disabling the plugin.

Hello support team! I am writing to report an error I’ve encountered with the woodmart theme on my WordPress website. Specifically, I am experiencing this error when i try to import the a prebuilt website : “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” i’ve already configured the php.ini file but still not working, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Great theme, I already have like 30 licenses! Just a question though, when we update the theme, we need to manually go to the plugin list and hit “requires update” on the Woodmart core plugin.
This is troublesome, as sometimes we forget to do that, on our 30 websites.
Can you please explain why your core plugin does not show that it has a new update so we can update it from the dashboard like ALL OTHER plugins?
